Huvila oma uima-allas

Kun kirjoitat omaisuuteen, löydät täysin varustetun aula- / ruokailutilan ja keittiön, jolla on suuret avautuvat lasiovet, jotta näkymää voidaan ihailla. Keittiössä on täysin varustettu pesukone, astianpesukone ja kaikki täydellisen perheen aterian tarvitset. Lounge on erittäin mukava TV, wifi, vuodesohva (käyttökelpoinen, jos 6 oleskelee) ja upeat näkymät. Ruokailutilaa palvelee keittiöltä tuleva luukku ja vieressä on terassi, jossa voit istua ja syödä ja katsella auringonlaskua länteen. Alakerrassa on 2 suurta makuuhuonetta, joissa erilliset vuoteet ja molemmissa kylpyhuoneet, kylpyhuoneessa, yhdessä makuuhuoneessa kylpyamme ja toisessa suuri suihkualue. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on suuret lasiovet, jotka astuvat ulos uima-altaan alueelle. Uima-allas on 8 x 4 metriä ja sen ympärillä on runsaasti aurinkoa. Jälleen korkealaatuiset ulkokalusteet onnittelemaan loma-asunnon upeaa tunnelmaa. Tämän lisäksi se, että sinulta on upeat näkymät, oma uima-allas, sekä Dunas Douradasin käyttö, jossa on myös ihastuttava uima-allas sekä vain 700 metrin kävelymatka mahdollisesti Algarven parhaimpiin rantoihin. Sitten pysyt todella täydellisessä kiinteistössä.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Garrao (ranta). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan. Huvilassa tarjoaa yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Great villa and location
The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed.

Sehr schönes Haus in Ferienhaus-Viertel
Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im sauberen und gepflegten Haus verbracht. Lucia hat immer sofort und nett geantwortet und die wenigen kleinen Probleme sofort gelöst. Die Betten sind bequem, aber eher fest. Besser jedoch, als so manche Hängematte, die wir schon in anderen Unterkünften hatten. Am Pool ist etwas wenig Schatten, es gibt zwar einen Sonnenschirm, der wurde jedoch vom Wind recht schnell umgeweht. Lucia schrieb mir, das sei aber inzwischen auch behoben mit einem besseren Schirmständer. Einziges Manko, das ist aber einfach in Vale do Lobo so: man hört und sieht die Flugzeuge in Faro landen. Sie fliegen nicht direkt über dem Haus, aber der Flughafen ist mit 25 Minuten Fahrt natürlich recht nah. Ansonsten wird generell gerade viel gebaut in der Region und ab und zu hört man die Baustellen in der Umgebung. Generell liegt das Haus aber in einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig - keine bellenden Hunde hörbar! 😊 Fazit: Klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite, ideale Unterkunft für die Nähe zu Strand und Golf.

Excellent Villa within walking distance to restaurants and the beech
Lovely villa perfect for family or friend. Walking distance with plenty of restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The host was excellent and extremely flexible letting us check in before 4 pm.

Lovely villa in a great location
We spent three nights in this very lovely villa. The home is spacious, spotlessly clean and is in a great location for either touring the area or spending days by the private pool or at the nearby beach. We were able to access the villa a little earlier so we really appreciated that. The only thing you should know is that you must bring all your own supplies as there was absolutely nothing in the villa except two dishwasher tablets. There are plenty of excellent supermarkets nearby and I think most people are there longer than we were so I don't think that it's an issue for most renters.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe für 4 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus hat alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Die Lage ist trotz Siedlung sehr ruhig. Zum nächsten Strand könnte man notfalls laufen, ein Auto ist aber definitiv von Vorteil. Besonders möchten wir die Bemühungen von Lucia loben. Sie hat sich mit uns viel Mühe gegeben und war maximal flexibel. Wir würden immer wieder bei ihr buchen.

Great girls trip
Lovely girls trip in a brilliant location. Villa was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Only thing would be the beds being uncomfortable but for a few nights you can get past it!

Excellent stay at Lucia’s Villa
We found the villa to be perfect for our needs. The kids loved the pool which is of a decent size and we loved the upstairs balcony with great views out to sea. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the nearby mini-market. Would definitely stay again.

Nice villa, wonderful location - we would stay again!
The villa had everything that we needed and the villa manager was very responsive to questions that we had. We took advantage of the option to book an airport pick up and return, and despite a delayed outward flight all went smoothly, with Lucia (villa manager) at the airport to collect us when we arrived despite the late arrival. We would suggest providing an information brochure covering the local area, recommendations for restaurants/places to go/things to do. Maybe even having a "Guests" book where they can leave comments/make recommendations. The pool requires some attention/maintenance as there are tiles missing, and the garden would benefit from tidying/maintenance, however this did not impact our stay.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die Lage des Hauses und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind optimal und erfüllen alle Wünsche. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt wie in einem Kokon. Frische Brötchen, Wein, Butter und Käse empfangen einen. Alles liebevoll vorbereitet. Einem erholsamen Aufenthalt steht nichts im Wege. Wir haben drei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Entgegenkommen bei der Abreise - wir konnten noch den ganzen Tag im Haus bleiben - unser Flug zurück ging erst abends. Ganz herzlichen Dank für diesen eindrucksvollen Service.wir kommen gerne wieder …

Just perfect
The villa was just what we needed in a beautiful quiet area very close to the beach. Lucia was very responsive when needed. The villa has everything you could wish for and the sea view from the terrace was just a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool as well was wonderful and well maintained. We didn’t hire a car but instead used Uber which was quick and cheap if we needed to get to a supermarket or the beach/restaurants. Highly recommend. We will be back!
