Wonderful family friendly accommodation, lots of family activites available including the pool and waterpark. Excellent location central to Hunter Valley Gardens (Xmas lights in summer), wineries, eateries, choc factories etc. Everyone enjoyed the breakfasts and the coffees - and the staff here were all particularly helpful and friendly.

Just loved that you could just stay at the property as it had everything that you needed there. eg Food, Pool, play areas. The staff were amazing. There was nothing that I didn't like but maybe the breakfast for the little ones could have been a bit cheaper. Say, Up to a certain age eat free or $5 to $10 as I really think $17 was a bit high.

Overall a positive stay. Original room we booked was musty on arrival however the staff were very happy to relocate us to another room. Buffet breakfast is a must. Brewery also has fantastic food.

We’ve stayed here before but this time we were in the villas not the main hotel. The rooms were ordinary but fine for two nights. Hard to justify the price tag though. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The in-room dining was the WORST I have ever experienced. Not only was the food served in paper bags in takeaway containers with no cutlery, serviettes or salt and pepper but it was absolutely horrible.
