Maho Bayn valkoisella hiekalla sijaitseva Royal Islander Club toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi St. Maarten @ La Terrasse - jossa voit rentoutua omalla parvekkeella, vaeltaa trooppisia puutarhoja ja rentoutua perheen ja ystävien kanssa yksinoikeudella.

Näköala Karibianmerelle ja St. Maartenin trooppisessa lehdessä, tässä hiljattain kunnostetussa yksikössä (5-2017), joka on siunattu selviämään vuoden 2018 hurrikaaneista, on täysin kalustettu keittiö ja modernit mukavuudet. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä rehevistä puutarhoista on uima-allas, lasten uima-allas, poreallas ja kuuluisa Maho Bay Beach.

Maho Villageen vieressä sijaitsevassa La Terrasse -huoneistossamme on hyväpalkkaiset mukavuudet, oma parveke, josta on näkymät merelle, uima-altaalle ja trooppiseen puutarhaan. Tunnet olosi kotoisaksi täysin kalustetussa huoneistohuoneistossa, jossa on tyylikäs sisustus ja modernit mukavuudet.

Palvelut ovat runsaasti. Nauti baccaratista, blackjackista ja muusta saaren suurimmassa kasinossa; tanssi kansainvälisille DJ: ille yökerhoissa; ja nauti rentouttavista hoidoista La Terrassen kylpylässä. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our 40th Anniversary vacation.
We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here along with our friends 20th wedding anniversary as well. We booked for 12 days. The Royal Islander La Terrese is a little outdated itself, however our rental unit was in very good condition. Both bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping and the AC worked very well. Kitchen was nicely set up with plenty of utensils and everything we needed to cook meals. Beach towels provided, however the resort front desk handed out fresh towels daily for pool use and we used them for the beach and just exchanged daily. The owner was extremely nice, his communication was outstanding, we were even able to meet up for drinks one afternoon. Our son came down for a few days and slept on the pull out couch. We ended each night with cocktails on the balcony enjoying the heat. My only suggestion for the balcony would be add a ceiling fan, the humidity got pretty bad some nights, but to be expected I believe. Views from our balcony were just as beautiful and the landscaping was cleaned up daily. We hit up the hot tub every morning and hit up the pool area mostly every night. The pool area and pool itself were lovely and well-maintained. Easy access to the observation deck to watch planes which we did nightly. There is a market below reasonable priced, underground parking and 24 hour security. Which was very nice. It is located in a great location near good restaurants and beaches!! Overall would stay there again that's for sure!!

Aviation Enthusiast Paradise
Wonderful stay. Excellent restaurants all within a 5 minute or less walking distance. The Maho Market is directly below the pool on the street level and is wonderfully convenient. Overall, this unit is IDEAL for aviation enthusiasts. For guest looking for a quiet and relaxing location, the (sometimes very loud) airport noise all day (none at night) does become tiring after a while. My husband grew very tired of it after day 3. The rest of us loved watching the airplanes come and go and were not bothered by the noise.

This is a beautiful condo! The area is full of activities and is very safe. We loved spending time a the pool and visiting the restaurants and shops in Maho. Andre was very responsive to all our requests and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great Caribbean vacation.

Location, Location, Location
Andre and Lisa’s bill is just as listed and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You can see the beach, planes landing and taking off plus a beautiful roof garden. I loved having my morning coffee out there every day. Short walk to Maho Beach, short drive to Mullet Beach and a short 15 min drive to Simpson Bay where you can find anything you would like to eat. Andre was very responsive to several questions and requests that I had. We felt well taken care of. We would definitely rent this place again.

We used to live in SXM in the Maho area. So the location of this property was excellent for us ! The communication with the owner was great, he went above and beyond to accomodate a special request. The unit itself was fantastic also. Clean, and all amenities that you can think of were available for use. We would definitely love to return, and we would highly recommend this property ! Absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful vacation spot!!
This condo was amazing!!! So charming and convenient. Well appointed and everything provided to have a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time. So close to airport and yet so quiet for sleeping. Would highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful place to spend a week in Sint Maarten. Thank you Andreas for such fantastic hospitality and for sharing your piece of paradise with my family. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back one day soon!!

I've traveled a lot around the world but I have never met with such a care that we got from the host. We received all information prior our arrival and we got continuous support through our stay. First and foremost we would like to thank you for hosting us. You have been nothing but a blessing. Since day one your communication and service were superior. You went the extra mile and ensured that we could make my dad’s dream come true. We are two military families and trips like these are very rare and special. Everting went super smooth and the check in process was super easy. Everything we needed to know was forwarded before our arrival. The condo was very clean, super modern, well stocked and furnished. It is situated in a prefect location with incredible views and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We had cars, but you actually don’t need one if you just want to stay local. We are still reminiscing about our vacation and can’t wait to be back. Thank you for everything. We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts.

A Home in Paradise
What an amazing place to stay! Feels like your own cozy little home located in paradise. The view from the balcony is stunning! Located right next to the airport and close to many shops, restaurants and beaches. Watching the planes land and take off is an awesome experience. What’s incredible is that it is not too loud inside the unit at all. The owner was so nice!!! Had to contact him a with a couple of small inconsistencies. He was so helpful and on top of things that they really weren’t inconvenient at all. I really could not recommend this place highly enough!!!

Our Beautiful Stay in Sint Maarten
We couldn't have been more pleased with this accommodation. Wonderful space! Fully organized kitchen, everything one would need to cook a meal. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, very large rooms and great bathrooms with showers. Our favorite time of day was sitting on the large balcony in the evening with a glass of wine, watching the sun go down and the planes coming and going. It was surprising how the sounds of planes could not be heard once we were inside and they were not flying at night. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The owners were so helpful about any question and were always available by email, whats app, or text. Worth every penny- you won't be disappointed!

We had a great time!! The condo is exactly as described. Everything is 1st class, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, big screen television, television in each room, comfortable couch, and a fantastic view from the patio. Watch the planes come and go and a beautiful view of the ocean. I couldn't ask for more. Owner responded to my questions promptly.

Second Stay!
This was our second two week stay in this beautiful condo! We love it! Such a comfortable place all around, beautifully decorated and the owners have gone to great lengths to insure everything you need to make it your home away from home is available! The resort itself is very nice, the pool is up and running and is a nice place to sit and watch the planes. Beautiful landscaping with a view of the pool from the very comfortable terrace with two lounge chairs or a table and chairs for dining or morning coffee. The owner is very accommodating and is very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in St Maarten. 🏖

Great Location and Great Owner!
Our trip was easy easy easy. The Condo is approximately 4 to 5 blocks from airport ( you could walk but its not advised - No sidewalks). Grocery Store on ground level & beach across the street or a short 15 minute walk to Mullet Beach. We spent our days on Maho Beach because we loved watching the planes fly in and the Driftwood Beach Bar has excellent food and an Excellent Staff. ( Wonderful Vibe) For $25 US you get a 2 lounge chairs (with cushions) and umbrella and your 1st Bucket of beer is free. We ate so much of the food at the Driftwood ( and the Jamaican cook) is incredible. Everything on the Menu is Excellent and the Menu had many many choices. Oh! Sorry my mind drifted back to the lounge chairs and the blue waters..... BACK to the Condo. The condo has a great view and all the pictures posted are 100% accurate. Andrea's ( the owner) will Text and communicate with you, before your trip, during your trip and at the end of trip. Andrea's is super attentive and answers all texts, emails and calls within 1 hour or less. We were really impressed!!! I hope this helps anyone looking for a laid back trip that goes smoothly with no Drama.. We had a fantastic, relaxing week.

Great stay
We had a lovely stay at this appartment. The owner was really easy going and he replied very fast. The appartment was in a good shape and the building where the appartment was located was nice as well, the pool offers some great views over the airport runway if you like planes.
