The downstairs area opens to a large riverside patio with a fireplace and can be used for outdoor seating, dining, dancing, etc., which also has a BBQ grill and another food service "snack shack" for food prep and delivery.

Go outdoors and enjoy the 4+ private riverside acres, playing 4 simultaneous games of horseshoes or a game of volleyball, basketball, corn hole! Sit next to the river listening to the sounds of nature or go on a walk appreciating the natural beauty and wildlife. Bring a tube & life jacket and float the river. Fish right from the property. Bring a mountain bike or ATV and take the trails to see the mountains from another view. Go on a rafting trip with Payette River Rafting Company just up the road. Or take a short 5 minute drive and relax in the most incredible natural Kirkham hot springs.
