No towels Available to shower no soap other than the hairy opened on on the counter beds are dirty asked for more linens and they’re dirty and very worn
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed on with my wife, the facility is nasty, My hotel room Smell rotten eggs, the toilet not flushing properly, left over trash from previous occupancy, I have to switch room three time. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.
Was given a room. Same room was given to another family later. Said I would move to a king room, only to be given a room already occupied. Got fed up with the staff/situation and demanded a refund, then left. This hotel is horribly run. Saw 4 other users with issues as well.
Need better Customer Service...What's the purpose of having a Message service for front desk, if they are not going to attend it...also, the side entry door to inside rooms, the closing pull arm was broken and we hear that door slaming ALL NIGHT !!!!
They need to put more attention to maintenance....
Interior room lock was also broken.....
Upon check in I was informed the tv did not work and there was no microwave. It was non refundable room so I said it was ok. When we got to the room there were no towels or trash cans. It was late so we went to bed. When I told the clerk about it upon check out he said oh well and that I should have called front desk... Will not stay again
We picked this hotel mainly for the indoor pool. Well it was closed due to the heater being broken and we have a feeling it has been broken for a while
The first room they gave us, I noticed something had been splattered on the ceiling, the water was on in the tub and I could not get it to turn off. We also found an a dul t toy under the mattress.
We asked for another room and this one has no fridge, no phone, no hair dryer, and the microwave didn't work.
We turned the TV volume all the way up and it couldn't be heard if the heat was going. I told the front desk and she came and fixed it by using a Samsung remote to turn a different volume up and then we could adjust as needed.
There is a reason this hotel has cheap rooms! The staff was nice, though
Checked into a room with no microwave and tv with no remote. We were moved into another room that was cleaner than the first room. The second day toilet was clogged and we asked for a plunger and were moved into a third room. Tv was missing remote, power cord and hdmi cable. Went to office to get things needed for tv and clerk removed from tv in previous room. Tv still would not work. Upon further investigation heater was not working and refrigerator did not work but we were tired and frustrated and did not want to move to a fourth room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing really to say this time the staff member i checked in with was super friendly and courteous. But the staff member on night shift wouldn't even give me yowels and there was only one in the room
Brike down slum. Doir lock broke or jammed. A fught to open the door. Shower curtain rob was broke. Made a huge mess. Reserved non smoking room the last guest clearly smoked in. My youngest is allergic to smoke and every room in town was sold out. Horrible experience. Alerted front desk about issues. I dont know if he understood anything i said. I could not understand anything he said due to a THICK accent. We checked out early even though we paid for 2 days. I asked for refund on last day doubt i get it because of the language barrier. Avoid this place at all cost.
The room stinks. Floors were sticky. They’re were roaches, the TV didn’t work and I reported it first day and never got it fixed. The water in the toilet was running the whole time. The refrigerator wasn’t working and food that I bought went bad. No wi-fi, no hair dryer. Carpet fealty.
This place is filthy and unsafe. No locks on adjoining room, no controls for heat/air conditioning and no understanding from staff/management! Would be ashamed to have this location with the name related to Wyndham… the ONLY reason I chose this location!! I have pictures but no place to post them. Soooo disappointed!!!
