The space was unique in its decor and surprising to find such a gem in Lubbock of all places. For the price it was very nice compared to hotels around. The A/C seemed to be not working. Even though the thermostat showed it was 68 degrees inside the fan setting was set to ON no air was coming out. Tried setting thermostat down two degrees still nothing.

We love Pioneer Pocket and has utmost faith the Millsap Suites would be just as great. We were not disappointed! The beds were comfy, plush towels, plenty of space. Maybe bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper - the room is right there next to downtown streets. These suites are walking distance to West Table restaurant, LBK brewery and Berkeley Farms. Will stay here again when in Lubbock

Millsap Suites is a perfect spot to stay in Lubbock. Front door parking. Nice furnishings. Coffee shop, restaurant and brewery all right across the street!

The rooms are situated excellent, it’s quite at night, comfortable bed chair and couch. This is the second time we have stayed here and would highly recommend to anyone. Will be going back to Lubbock several more times and will stay here every time! Highly recommend !!!

Everything was pretty good except the exhaust fan was full of dust on the outside and the water was cold to lukewarm at best. Was not the most pleasant showers I have ever had. Possibly the shortest I have taken though due to the coldness of the water.

Clean and comfortable. Love the reserved parking spot right outside the door. My only complaint is that the instructions and channel list for the TVs were for the rooms in the Pioneer across the street and completely unrelated to the smart TVs (streaming services only) that were actually in the room.

This is was our second stay at this property, and if we were to return to Lubbock we'd choose to stay here again. The location is close enough to the University to be convenient, and there is a coffee shop and a small brewery across the street. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and clean with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker.
