Prime location for this cozy 4-bedroom townhome steps from Sachem ski trail! Walk out and be on the slopes in 1-2 minutes and ski back to the door! Space for 10 guests to relax in 2 living rooms, 2 full baths, WI-FI, and TV. After an adventurous day, you will appreciate warming up by the fireplace while reminiscing about your day at Okemo. 3 floors of space offer multiple sleeping configurations for couples or groups!

Please note - NO SATURDAY CHECK-INS OR CHECKOUTS. Please do not book for a Saturday arrival or departure as we cannot accept. Any other day of the week is OK. Note there is no A/C in the 4th bedroom loft area, but there are fans to help blow cooler air up there if necessary.

It was wonderful
The owner was responsive, kind and right on point. The house was so comfy especially the living room and sitting rooms. Th spiral staircases were a challenge- narrow and steep but we got used to them after one day. Great house- great location- great owner.

Spring Ski Trip to Vermont
This property was so well equipped with some of the annoying basics that no one wants to buy at a grocery store...trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and other cleaning supplies. They even had a drawer with a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten a loose ski brake! My one son wrenched his back the day before arriving, so he couldn't ski... however the excellent WIFI and his own X-Box kept him company. It easily swallowed 7 of us and was an easy peasy walk to and from the Sachem Trail. We landed in the midst of a late winter snow storm (16 inches) so had temp ranges from single digit wind chills on Sunday, to 60 degrees and sunny by Wednesday.. only a 4 day span! The condo kept us warm and cool without issue. I did drive to Proctorsville for a quick grocery run, and it was an ADORABLE place. Next time I am getting my beef there!!! Okemo proved to be an amazing mountain, easy to traverse with a terrific variety of slopes and terrain parks. Something for everyone. PS... if you are there on a Tuesday... go to Off The Rails for excellent food and a fun evening of "Singo"...basically Bingo to popular music. What a great night!

Perfect ski getaway
This was the perfect place to get away for a few nights away and days of skiing. It was so spacious yet cozy! And access to Sachem was close and easy! Definitely bringing the family back next year :)

Perfect for big family
Great spot for family ski trip. Nine of us fit comfortably in the condo. Just a short walk to sachem trail which is quite a fun run for a green. As others said the spiral stairs are very tight but manageable. The pics definitely made the unit seem larger than it is but nonetheless worked well especially having 2 living rooms. Tons of firewood and responsive host! Can’t go wrong with this one

Great place!
The house was beautiful with alot of natural light, everything we needed from kitchen to wood for fire, the space was a bit snug for 10 people but kids used downstairs and adults had the kitchen living space to hang. I think it’s important to mention the stairs are extremely narrow and slick with socks. Lugging bags up to the largest bedroom seemed dangerous. No accidents but be aware incase you have older, thicker, non flexible family members since they will need to reach the bedrooms via the spiral staircase. We loved the aesthetic of it. It’s a short walk to Sachem in your ski gear, 2-3 minutes carrying skis. Overall nice stay.

Great location
This ski in ski out condo has everything you need , including a spectacular location right along the sacheem trail. The house was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. The fireplace was super cozy and all the beds were very comfortable. Hopefully will be able to return soon as we had such a great time. -Peter

Enjoyed our weekend stay. Nice and cozy. Open floor plan between kitchen and dining table and living room. Nice separate living room downstairs for the kids. Walk/ski on to Sachem run. Ski back to doorstep.

Nice house. Walking distance to ski trail. Clean and comfortable. We’ll stocked kitchen, with pots, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and silverware. Lots of fire wood and a hearth big enough for a good fire. Plenty of towels, linens and extra blankets.

Nice house close to Sachem Trail
Clean house very close to Sachem trail. We have 2 families (10 total) people stay and there was enough room for all of us. 2nd family room downstairs allowed everyone to spread out. Spiral staircase was a little tight but manageable.

Perfect for a weekend ski getaway!
We had a great time in Ludlow! The house was spotless, comfortable, and cozy! The property manager, Chad, was extremely responsive to all my questions and was able to accommodate us with an extra night which we ended up needing due to a snowstorm that rolled in earlier than expected. We had everything we needed and hope to be back when more ski trails are open so we can use the ski on/ski off!

Great ski-in/out townhouse right off Sachem trail. House was clean and communication with the owner was very easy. It was nice having bedrooms on all three floors. Would return in the future!

Location is Key!
Great spot high up mountain with easy access to Sachem Trail. The place is comfy and fire place is great after a cold day. 2 Living rooms helped separating kids and adults. The spiral staircase can be tricky but everyone got use to it. Beds are good and place is CLEAN! Would definitely rent again.

Okemo condo
This was an awesome place! We’ve stayed at a few places around okemo and this was our favorite. The condo itself is just as it looks in the photos and the location can’t be beat. The large upstairs kitchen/living area is perfect to unwind by the fire after skiing off sachem. The downstairs living area is a great addition for kids and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Will be back for sure
