Mycket trevlig personal och mysigt spa. Rummen var aningens lyhörda och menyn lite ”begränsad”. Största frågetecknet var nog dock att de tog betalt för att spela biljard och shuffelboard, detta har jag inte varit med om någon annanstans.

Dålig service överlag men katastrof vid incheckning. Fick vänta löjligt länge trots att två personer stod vid sin dator. Ingen förklarade dröjsmålet eller varför jag inte fick checka in, blev Inter erbjuden att sitta ner och vänta eller kaffe under tiden för väntan. Mycket dåligt bemötande. Ville dessutom ta betalt för redan betald övernattning

A lot of dust under the beds but otherwise the rooms in the SPA building are quite fresh. You have to pay extra if you want to try billiards or some other activity and this is very unusual in similar hotels according to our experience.
