Haven homes is a decent accomodation in a bad area. Luton is not a very nice place, so much so that I spent the most time there either sleeping or in the train station. However, this review is about Haven Homes, so I'll be sticking to the facilities and not speaking to it's surroundings.
The positives:
The flat (#4) was furnished with a wall mounted heater, an oven, a microwave, and an electric stovetop. The countertop and sink were large enough to work easily, and the provided pots and pans mean the place is suited for a long stay on a budget. The bed was somewhat stiff, but serviceable. The commons area is also under surveillance for safety reasons. Overall the cleanliness was acceptable however there were some spots I could nitpick.
The negatives:
The water heater was small which meant you had to keep your showers short. There were spiders in the building, and I did wake up to a bite on my hand.
