Wonderful service from the staff. Very helpful and polite. The rooms are bigger than expected and very quiet too. The free shuttle bus from nearby Sand hotel will bring us to the main city where all the shopping are.

Absolutely amazing stay and experience! The staff were so friendly and hospitable. I booked a 2-bedroom suite for my family and it was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The hotel staff surprised us with welcome Champaign, fruit, treats and fresh flower! It was such a nice touch! We had an excellent meal at the Cantonese restaurant on-site. I also enjoyed the well equipped gym during my stay. The location is super convenient as it’s right next to Sands. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews but I was wowed by my experience that I feel compelled to share! Highly recommended!!!

Everyone in the property is so kind and accomodating! Such a contrast from HongKong! We were in HongKong for a week and were sick of the rudeness! We arrived in Macau expecting the same treatment but were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful hospitality! Definitely visiting Macau again sometime later!
