Baia Machico is an apartment on the first floor of a residential building, prepared for tourist accommodation, and is ideal for four people.
The accommodation measures 105 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed. The balcony has a wide view of the bay and the valley of Machico. There is also a private parking space on the property.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, bus stops and has easy access to the main roads to discover the island.
REMARKS
Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island.
Although the place is not very busy, there may be noise from traffic, which is mitigated by closing the windows. There is also potential for noise caused by neighbouring properties and public festivals in the city centre.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
