This was our first time staying at the Best Western InnTowner, and we really enjoyed it. The amenities are fantastic - laundry on site, pool and hot tub, delicious breakfast, kind staff, clean and comfortable room. We'll do it again!

Nice hotel and perfect to exercice
The hotel was really nice. The gym and pool is a real plus. The breakfast was nice but it could have more choices and be more diverse. The room's furniture need to be refreshed but otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend also the room service, the food is tasty. The staff was really nice and helpful

We attended the WI Volleyball game. Got back to our hotel to find they had an upgrade to the tv system & ours did not work. It was after 10 pm. maintenance came to try to fix the tv, after at least 25 minutes he told us we would need to switch rooms. I was told to go to the front desk to get a new room. When I arrived there was no one in sight, at 10:45 I called the hotel to figure out where staff was, there were a few others waiting also. At11 pm we had to pack everything up and move. Yes very tired & exhausting. Get off the elevator to go to our new room & there is vomit right outside the elevator door. I know that’s not anyone’s fault, as we followed the young drunk man down the hall. It was a long day after traveling to Madison, attending the game and then having to go through all the unfortunates at the hotel. I was very pleased with the shuttle to the game & our driver was amazing. I truly liked the convenance of the hotel to the WI college. Would definitely stay again at your hotel!!!

I am going to share the email I wrote to the general manager along with his reply..... Hi Joe, I wanted to let you know how terrible my stay was before I wrote a review. Friday night was status quo but last night was horrific. I have spent probably 3 other weekends at your hotel and never had a problem. However, I would be hard pressed to do so again. Last night we were woken up at 4:30 AM by very loud music across the hall. Not that it matters as any music playing at 4:30 loud enough to wake me up would be horrible but this music had the base cranking and lots of drumming. After about 15 min I got up and called the front desk and the guy said he would deal with it and ask them to turn it off. We tried to go back to sleep but it was impossible even with ear buds with white noise playing one could still hear and feel the music. An hour later at 5:45 I had to call down again as nothing had changed. We finally fell back to sleep around 6:30 still to the music. We had planned to get up for breakfast as we paid $350 ish a night and hoped to at least get that but we were too exhausted! I thought you should know. REPLY Thank you for reaching out about your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for the other rude guests.
