The staff were mediocre....we entered with a ton of luggage and the front desk clerk could have cared less about helping us with a cart, just said "they're over there" and watched us fumble through the lobby....the elevator, work out room and main lobby were somewhat unkept and dirty. The 3rd floor smelled like italian cooking....our room's heat was not working and the only saving grace was a new desk clerk that came up to investigate and gave us a new room across the hall. He was the highlight! I wouldn't choose to stay at this property again if I had other options.

Was on the road and had to stop due to a weather delay. Made the reservation on Expedia and saw the first few comments/reviews were good. My experience is similar to some other negative ones I saw later. When we arrived the man at the counter wasn’t rude, but not welcoming either. When we got to the room I noticed a little dirt, pushed up against the bed frame and baseboards (like it was swifter cleaned not sucked up). Started to unpack and went to the restroom and lifted the toilet seat and it was barely attached (there was also a brown smudge across the back of the seat). Wondering how if it was cleaned no one noticed? I did call the front desk and he told me to come down. Gave me another room but no apology or much to say. I asked at check-in if anyone delivered food to the hotel, and there was a pause, I said I noticed a pub nearby and he said that was about our only option. A couple hours later in the 2nd room after snacking instead, my husband shows me a sign with a QR code to order food nearby! The original room had a large tv, the 2nd room had a much smaller tv and the Dish box was hanging from a cord underneath. The sofa and chairs had stains. The laminate floor in the bathroom was coming up and other sections felt loose. The mattress had a large indentation from wear. Also other furniture in the hallway looked old and stained. Lots of wear and tear - could use a renovation. The price for this stay was way more than the quality and cleanliness.

I expect to be refunded. Throughout the night, a man attempted to enter my room with an old room key. He tried this on several other tooms as well. It got so bad that i had to push the couch in my room up against the door to stop him. Was he going to harm me? I dont know. I was unable to sleep out of fear, which meant that the whole purpose of the hotel stay for me - to sleep - was wasted. I have to drive 8 hpurs today on no sleep because this hotel allows random people to try and access rooms. When i moved the couch, there was a ton of garbage and food underneath it that my dog then tried to eat. Definitely not pet friendly.

First of impression upon arrival was un welcoming. We were given keys that didn't work. Had to go back down to the lobby to have them, rescanned. Room with clean. Find core mold in the bathroom sink. Towels are folded on counter instead of hanging on a wall or out of the way. We utilized the pool, which was fine other than the black gunk. Surrounding the rim of the hat tub and the pool that would flake off. Pretty gross. Pool was cool temp fine for the kids. Temperature in the room seemed normal. As we were active And warm air seemed to be blowing at times, but I did frequently have to adjust the thermostat to higher heat. I woke up at two a m, with the events blowing freezing air on high. I crank the heat temperature read as 57 degrees. Nothing changed. At this point, realize the phone in the room to call down to the lobby did not work. So I walked down to the lobby to ask if somebody could come and look at it. I also have a family in the room sleeping, shivering. He comes up, unplug it the sides of the Box falls off. It's nighttime, we just leave it.He can't adjust it back on properly. He does something says it should work.I wait thirty minutes nothing changes. I go back downstairs. Ask for the room to be reimburse and cancel the remaining nights. They do at this point, it's around 4am. I pack up the room. Luckily, we have brought extra blankets that my kids got for christmas. We check out once they woke up. I appreciate the reimbursement, but overall, the experience w

Clean room. Good bed. More than adequate water pressure in the shower. Nice cable set up and internet. Breakfast was pleasant in both food and scenery. I only stayed one night (wedding) and it was exactly what I was expecting and needing.

There was dog that pooped on the hallway , when i told front desk that someone’s dog pooped , they did nothing …. After few hours they used white towel and maybe try to clean it but then they left gross white towel cover in poop On the floor of the hotel by my door . So that’s that

Upon checkin it took awhile for anyone to come and greet us. Wasn’t a very warm welcome, but definitely wasn’t terrible. Nice guy, quiet. Friendly. We were charged a $50 “incidentals” charge upfront, which wasn’t explained and since we weren’t given a receipt, I ended up going back to ask why our rate was higher after it dawned on me. Totally fine, just probably should be given a receipt to make it clear. Maybe we missed him pointing it out, but I had checked in online and put in my card(again) and it never said that. We were in a suite, and my mother in law was going to sleep on the sofa sleeper since the 2 full size beds are not big enough for 2 adults unless neither of you move an inch. There were sheets on it(in questionable shape if I’m being honest, but she’s not picky), but no extra blanket or pillows. I went and got her a blanket and luckily I had my own pillow so we had extra on the beds. Overall the rooms were remodeled nicely, but then it’s almost like they decided that was good enough…let’s not clean them thoroughly anymore. It’s a bit sad. It could be so great. But everything was stained and dusty and just not kept up. The hot tub needed a scrubbing around the edges badly. The whole place just needs some really excellent cleaning people to come in and deep clean the whole place to bring it back to life. It wouldn’t take much more than some elbow grease. We slept well. We’d stay again. Breakfast was great. They just need a little help with upkeep.
