The Space:

The living room features colourful decor, creating a vibrant space to relax, socialise, or work. After a day of sightseeing, unwind on the comfortable sofa, or take advantage of the two double sofa beds (in the living room and mezzanine) to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals at home.

A standout feature of this apartment is its duplex design, allowing natural light to flood the space.

The master bedroom is furnished with a plush double bed, fresh hotel-quality linens, and ample wardrobe space. Black-out blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is fitted with three single beds (including a bunk bed), also with premium linens for added comfort.

Both bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, providing an energising shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Rest assured, the property will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire property. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

The Neighborhood:
Located just north of Madrid's city center, Hortaleza is a vibrant, modern neighbourhood that blends commercial hubs and shopping malls with charming old town squares from the small villages absorbed by the city over time. Its proximity to Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport makes it a convenient location for arrivals and departures.

For a peaceful retreat, visit Juan Carlos Park, a tranquil green space home to large-scale sculptures and a beautiful botanical garden. The neighbourhood also features two major shopping malls: Campo de las Naciones and Palacio de Hielo, the latter offering a full Olympic-sized ice rink.

Hortaleza is well connected to the rest of Madrid by metro, with stations such as Hortaleza, Pinar Del Rey, Esperanza, San Lorenzo, Mar de Cristal, and Canillas making travel simple and quick.

When it comes to dining, you'll find an excellent variety of restaurants. Restaurante Detres offers Mediterranean Spanish favourites in a charming setting, while the diverse community provides options for other cuisines. For Nepali-Indian food, head to Everest Tandoori, or enjoy sushi at Tsukiji for some of the best Japanese food in the area. If you're craving hearty Mexican dishes, Restaurante El Guero is the place to go.

While Hortaleza isn’t known for its nightlife, there are plenty of spots for a drink. Calway Station, an Irish bar, provides a lively social atmosphere, while Bar Templo offers a stylish space for cocktails in a cozy setting.

Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Hortaleza on the Line 4, just a 5-minute walk away. For easy navigation around the city, we highly recommend using the Citymapper app. Alternatively, city taxis are readily available if you prefer a more direct option.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please let us know your preferred check-in time in advance. While check-in is available from 3:00 PM, arriving without prior confirmation may cause significant delays. Thank you for your understanding!

Late Check-In Fees
If you need a late check-in, the following extra fees apply:

From 20:00 to 21:00: €25
From 21:00 to 22:00: €30
From 22:00 to 00:00: €40
After 00:00: Confirm availability before booking
This fee will be collected before check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.

Please note that all guests will be required to present valid IDs before check-in for registration with Spanish authorities.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and unfortunately, late check-out is not possible.

While staying in Madrid, you may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings aren’t soundproofed.
