Very loud, hard to sleep, room next to street. You can hear loads of cars otherwise would be perfect

Nos dieron una habitación que de la calle nos separaba un ventanal. Se escuchaba TODO el ruido de los autos, la gente pasando, imposible dormir. También estaba al lado de la puerta de entrada.. La habitación estaba limpia pero había olor a cebolla u olor a transpiración MUY FUERTE, no sé, duró toda la estadia el olor. El baño estaba limpio.

Non au tout automatisé !
Quelle horreur que l'intelligence artificielle Ils avaient oublié de m'envoyer le pass pour ouvrir ma porte. Puis j'ai eu accès au chat puis on m'a mise contact avec un collaborateur humain via un chat. En gros, j'ai perdu deux heures et j'étais très fatigué. Il y a une limite à l'IA.

Pésimo atención, solo roban por todos lados. Te venden una cosa que no es. No hay recepción, no hay limpieza de servicio. El local lleva abierto solo 2 meses por lo que nos ha informado el hotel de enfrente, tienen unas politicas nefastas. Ponen una cosa y pasa de todo en ese hotel, aparte te ponen muchas sanciones y si quieres acceder te obligan a poner el número de tarjeta, y te van quitando dinero sin que te des cuenta y cuando llamas para pedir explicacion salta buzon de voz diciendo que el telefono esta fuera de servicio o esta apagado en ese momento. Hay mucho fraude, si no hay recepción al menos que atiendan al teléfono, y ponen normas que no se cumplen, limpieza servicio ningun día y lo has pagado. HORRIBLE TODO Y HAY HUESPEDES QUE SE SIENTEN ENGAÑADOS TAMBIEN.
