Great Location

Mariano was understanding as we had serious travel issues due to our airline. He communicated regularly and clearly with us.The apartment was as advertised and very clean. We especially appreciated that it was close to the Madrid Metro, which made getting around very easy. The only concern (and very slight) was parking. That is not the fault of the host at all, but if you are driving a car, just be aware that it might be a challenge to find a spot close. The streets are narrow so be sure you can parallel park!We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Very accessible location within 3 minutes of a metro station and a bus stop right across the street. Several little shops nearby and a little supermarket around the corner helped us save quite a bit in restaurant money. We did struggle finding parking in the area, though (we rented a car to travel to little towns nearby, which would have taken forever to get to using public transportation.) The communication with Mariano was very effective. A special shoutout to Lucy who adapted her schedule to accommodate our flight delays. The apartment was indeed very cozy and quiet despite being on a busy street. Size-wise, it was good for 4 people, as advertised. The only thing we struggled with was the sink in the bathroom, which wouldn’t drain properly. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Quant apartment, very convient to Metro station

The apartment was quaint, cozy, and good for a family of 4. The communication with the owner was great; he was very prompt and gave detailed instructions. The location was very close to the metro station so we were in center of Madrid within 20 minutes with no problem. It was very much like city living and we had difficulty parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
