Cozy apartment in the Barrio de las Letras in Madrid

Apartment for rent fully decorated and equipped.
It is a beautiful apartment located on the second floor of a classic building with elevator.
It highlights the cozy atmosphere of each room with a fresh and modern touch.
The apartment differentiates the social area from the private area to have more privacy and tranquility. Thus, the social area consists of a separate kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and all appliances. On the main facade there are two balconies through which natural light enters the large living room, also has a work area.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms, all with fitted closets from floor to ceiling. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

The house has air conditioning system in all rooms.
Supplies included in the price: Electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

We have cradle. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

Excellent location in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, with a great cultural, leisure, restaurant and commercial offer. A few meters from Puerta de Sol and Plaza Cibeles.

A deposit of 295€ is charged. This amount will be returned once the property has been checked and found to be in good condition.

My family and I stayed in Madrid while visiting our daughter who is studying abroad for the semester. The location of the unit is great with easy access to a lot of areas and the metro. The only negative was the construction going on directly across the street, which is not an issue with the host property buy did effect the overall experience. Otherwise a great property, with great communication.

Ideal family apartment in the heart of the city
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our weekend family trip of 5 adults. The apartment had everything and the check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it was quiet at night in particular. Would gladly visit again. Thank you for the great service!

This place exactly what i needed. It was my first time traveling since ihe affects of Parkinson's Disease on my life. The location is great for getting a taxi on the corner or pickup by an Uber. Walking to buy needed items were very . Very important was the ELEVATOR. closeby.Alhe elevator was too.

Great location, spacious and clean apartment
We were happy with this location as we were able to walk to all the locations we wanted to visit. The only downside is the construction currently ongoing that has the street blocked off, which also means the street and sidewalks do not get cleaned the same as the streets that are not blocked, and there was some unpleasant smells. No issues inside apartment.

What a fantastic location for a visit to Madrid. The Apartment was very very nice! It is on the 2nd floor, but has an elevator! it was very large for Europe. It was well stocked with shampoo and body wash. A little light on kitchen glasses and kitchen towels. It would be nice to have some paper towels. We had a great time and the location of the flat made our trip terrific.

broken AC and dodgy street
In general, this property is very well located, and it is reasonably well equipped in most respects. The overwhelming driver of my negative review is my experience with the air conditioning. When we arrived around 10:30pm, it was extremely hot. I messed around with the AC controls (which, like the property as a whole, had no instructions) for a while and finally concluded that it must be broken. I felt that this was enough of an emergency to contact the after-hours host. They were difficult to get a hold of but eventually did respond. From that point, I will give them credit for staying up late to contact an AC repair person and arrange a repair for the next day. However, even after being repaired, the AC would only remain on for about an hour at a time, because the electrical system was not able to keep up with the demand and the circuit breaker had to be flipped and the AC turned back on every hour. Otherwise, it was off and the place got hot. Unfortunately, it was like this for the remainder of our stay. And this was with the fan set to low and the temperature set to no lower than 22 C. Bottom line is that the AC situation at this place is unacceptable, especially for a place as hot as Madrid in the summer. Also, there is a lot of construction debris on the street in front of the apartment. It makes it feel creepy out there at night. If I had the choice I would stay somewhere without all that going on. I doubt it will be cleared up anytime soon.

Great location!
This apartment was perfect for my family of 5 on our visit to Madrid. It was clean and the location was perfect. From there, we were able to walk to several museums and monuments that we wanted to visit. There is easy access to the Metro as well. The host was very responsive and helpful before our stay and throughout. I would stay in this apartment again with no hesitation.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable, had everything we needed. The AC was excellent, we stayed during the very hot summer and were very appreciative of the great AC. The unit is centrally located with a grocery store, cafe, and laundry across the street, and pharmacy near by. Walking distance to main streets, plazas, and monuments. We truly enjoyed it!

Great location
The apartment was ideally located just minutes from Puerta del Sol and the best parts of Madrid but is on a quiet street. The air conditioning worked great even with warmer temperatures outside. The house was clean and comfortable. It fit our family of 5 well and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful VRBO, within walking distance to everything. Quiet little neighborhood, adorable coffee shop across the street, 3 bathrooms which makes it nice. Very convenient apartment in Central Madrid
My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights at this apartment. It was very conveniently located in the center of Madrid with easy access to the city. The manager was very responsive by email and the check-in and check-out process (by lockbox) was easy. The apartment was comfortable and clean with many kitchen amenities. The water in the faucets and showers is too hot at first, then the hot water runs out quickly. Besides this, we had no issues and really enjoyed our stay here!

The location of the apartment was wonderful, central and walkable to everything. It was on a side street with a bit of construction but it was not that noisy. We had questions upon arrival and apartment manager was very quick to respond and stop by as needed. Might be easier to have booklet in apartment to avoid calling apartment manager about questions on heat and other things. Overall very nice stay.

While on summer vacation, my family stopped in Madrid for a few days to meet up with our son, who has been living in Spain. This is our second time in Madrid, and we wanted to stay in a downtown neighborhood that was close to the heart of the city. Great Central Location
Located within walking distance to most of the major attractions in Madrid for a first time visit! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths was perfect for traveling with 2 teenagers. There was no A/C, so it did get a little stuffy in the afternoons. Standing fans were provided and opening the windows in the morning helped a lot. Washing machine and a drying rack were a big help in minimizing the luggage needed for our stay!
