It is located on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed each, air conditioning, heating, TV, 1 modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products. You also have a sofa bed in the living room area.
In the kitchen you will find the necessary equipment for 5 people: refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, crockery and table and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and sandwich maker; It also has a dining area. All the comfort to be at home.
Ask for a baby cradle or high chair for your baby should you need it.

Great location
This apartment is located about 3 blocks from the main shopping street of Madrid. A nice safe walk. Had a wonderful restaurant at the entrance of building with a grocery market on the corner. Literally a 15 minute walk within anywhere you want to go. Communication with owner was wonderful. Responded to all inquiries very quickly. Apartment was like the pictures. Highly recommended for the price.

Petit appartement pratique et bien placé
Pratique pour une famille de 4 ou 2 couples d'amis.L'emplacement est très bon.Le moins pratique est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et qu'il y a 3 étages ( demi-étages en montant les escaliers ) et qui donne l'impression d'en monter 6.Le séjour est un peu étroit même pour s'asseoir a 4 à table car il faut pousser la table.contre le mur.
