Beautiful City center location

This hotel has a great location, in the very center of Madrid and we really enjoyed staying there, also we enjoed to eat in this hotel’s restaurant, they served a really nice steak and vegetable soup, a glass of wine was absolutely amazing and service as well.

My room, a single, had no window, let alone the promised balcony. Its slanted ceiling made it feel very much like Harry Potter’s bedroom under the staircase. Not quite sure how it was rated so highly on Expedia.

Excellent customer service from the front desk and they were extremely professional and helpful when we arrived and when we needed a taxi to get to the airport at the appropriate time. Beautiful Views from Spacious Room.

Family of 4, we stayed in a room with 4 beds. It was excellent. The view at Christmas time was so magical. There was plenty of noise at night, but we knew that going it. It was a VERY busy area during our late december stay. I could stand on that little balcony all day and watch all the life happening below. So glad we chose to stay at Hotel Europa.
