This hotel was tucked just a block from the Sol plaza & metro stop area. Convenient to EVERYTHING! Our room was comfortable & provided what we needed. The staff was helpful & very kind. Will stay here again!

Really really noisy - this is on top of a club or right next to a club - so try to get a higher up room or be up until 3 with the party-goers. It's terrible. The room itself was fine. Good location too

The location of the hotel was ideal for walking and dining. The room was nothing special but sufficient for our stay. Lots of noise and pre-game singing by the Madrid soccer fans drinking outside the bar across from the hotel into the wee hours.

This hotel was great for location, really central and right in the centre which was what we wanted. Our room was to the side street which unfortunately had a bar that was open till about 4am with lots of noise and the room does not have soundproofing so sleep was a bit of an issue. A couple a nights would be all you work want here. The hotel needs some updating the floors look in need of repair in the bedroom and the breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, not loads of choice but enough for us. We booked half board so had an evening dinner as well, Thai was provided at the restaurant next door however I would not recommend this. You have to eat in doors because you are on the check set menu and if you eat meat it’s the cheapest meat. Not yet best meals. We decided on the 3rd night to go elsewhere. This hotel is fine for a short stopover but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than our 3 nights.

Very basic and plain room, but I recommend it. This hotel is all about the location. Nestled in a cute laneway amongst hundred of bars and restaurants. Plaza Mayor 10 min walk. 3 minute walk to Sol Metro station. 10 min walk to Via Grande the Main Street for shopping. Our room didn’t have a balcony which was a blessing as it gets very rowdy at night (on Friday and Saturday nights) until dawn. We didn’t experience any noise. The shower was tiny- I don’t think a large person would fit in it.

Great hotel close to the city center and scads of restaurants. The hotel was quiet in spite of the multitudes outside of the building. Free breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. Lovely accordion player outside when our shutters were wide open. WiFi was sketchy tho.
