Property is in good shape. Very basic hotel but was clean. The staff however was very rude. The blonde at the front desk was very condescending and rude. Don’t expect to get good customer service. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel with the many options around at relatively the same price.

Budget hotel at 5* prices

Budget hotel at 5* prices shocking what you get for €200 nowadays, basic room with no wardrobe, no tea making services, not even a small bottle of water which would cost the hotel about 20c restaurant was a joke, really basic food. Breakfast also just the bare minimum. Next time I’ll stay further outside Madrid and get more for my money…poor

Not the best location if you are looking to tour Madrid by yourself. A bit off center from the main square, nothing around within walking distance for dining, or shopping. Overall a good property for a 1-2 night stay. Recommend renting a car here as to get to attractions with out a organized tour can be expensive. Uber is a cheaper option.

Convenience to the airport, itherwise a terrible location. If you are needing a basic, but good place to stay that is well oriced, this hotel is great. Keep in mi d it is a 2 star, but a very good two star.
