Beautiful house with separate entrance, two bedrooms, which has a patio and a sunny terrace. Located in a very quiet street in the Central District of Malaga, near a traditional food market and numerous shops and supermarkets. You can walk to all the museums, monuments, and the main streets of the center. Very bright and fully equipped.
–Characteristics:
Very bright and quiet. It has a spacious living room, very bright, with a small workspace, dining table, sofa, two comfortable reading chairs and a large android television (it works with apps). It has a modern, well-equipped open kitchen. It has a room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a small work space. The other room is located on a mezzanine which is accessed through some wooden stairs, with a double bed. Both bedrooms have hot / cold air conditioning. The bathroom has a large shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The apartment has WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for the use of our guests: air conditioning (hot / cold), android TV (it works with apps), hair dryer, iron, etc.Guests have an exclusive free medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.

It is exceptionally located, in the Central District, next to the popular Bailén market. You can walk to all the museums, monuments and attractions of the city. It has a patio and a nice sunny terrace.
–How to move:
It is within walking distance of all the monuments and museums, next to the Bailén market. It also has nearby supermarkets, bakeries and neighborhood stores. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.

CHECK IN: Arrivals at the accommodation are from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, on request.
PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage it may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet. We can provide a bed and a feeder-drinker, upon request.
