So. Honest review. I paid for 4 nights. Dropped my bags at day, went back to hotel at night - glad I didn't unpack em. Just when I was about to fall sleep, felt bug on my neck. Captured the blood sucker on glass, went to reception asking if I could get an another room - not possible, there's no free rooms. Guy behind desk didn't know what's bedbug, just offered to change the bed..Well, started looking for new hotel. Found one for next days. Slept that night lights on. At morning spoke with the manager. He was as arrogant as possible. They have a certification on wall, so it's impossible there's bugs. Didn't care I had few bites on my neck. Just repeated there's no bugs. Well. I got 2 nights refund, so I still had to pay for next night.
The pension seems to be clean, and the welcoming was nice. Maybe this bug was just a single one, just arrived. But I got an image the pension cares only about money the visitors bring, not the reputation when something goes wrong. Of course I understand there's problems, bugs come in bags even if the cleaning of rooms is perfect..but I don't understand the attitude of management of this one. I wouldn't go again, unless the owner changes.
