"Villa Salud” second floor

House from the 30s with a lot of charm: high ceilings, spacious rooms, and lots of outdoor space. Recently reformed and furnished to a good standard. Villa located in a very quiet street. The center of Malaga is only a 10-minute walk away and the beach is about a 20-minute walk away.

The house is very suitable for groups of friends. The minimum age to rent the house is 23 years. Families with children are also welcome, as the house has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible: cots, safety rails and a child service. It is a spacious and well-equipped house with all the comforts for short or long stays. It is ideal to combine work and vacations. Special prices for long-term stays.

The house consists of two independent apartments that can be rented separately or together. Each apartment has three double bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, so each one can accommodate from 2 to 8 people and up to 15 people in the whole house. The house has several terraces at different levels, all equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. It is a perfect place to relax after touring around Malaga. The house is located on a very quiet street in an authentic neighborhood, where the neighbors are from Malaga and not just tourists. The neighborhood has all the necessary services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, etc. and the center is only 10 minutes away on foot.

The second floor of the property has a very quiet and private back terrace that borders the countryside. The flat also has a front terrace with a swing. The central room is the dining kitchen with a wood stove and access to the terrace. The flat has three double bedrooms and a separate living room with a sofa bed.

Home away from home
Our family very much enjoyed the comforts of Villa Salud during our five day stay in Malaga. It felt like staying in the home of a friend rather than a hotel. We loved the back terrace where we could enjoy a meal, the sun during the cool of morning as well as a shady place to sit and read in the hot afternoon. Though climbing the two flights from the street to reach the front door was a challenge for the 70+ year-old grandparents in our group, it was worth it!

Excellent séjour à la villa salud
séjour en famille pour visiter Malaga. L'appartement était très bien équipé, entretenu, très agréable. Beaucoup d'attention pour les hôtes (savon, Papier toilette, vivres élémentaires, linge de maison…). Terrasse sans vis à vis au frais pour prendre le petit déjeuner et diner le soir, passer un agréable moment en extérieur. Proche de la plage et du centre en passant par les petites ruelles typiques, accès rapide au supermarché et restaurants, on a tout fait à pied dans le centre. Merci à Angel pour son accueil, très sympathique. Vraiment tout était parfait, une excellente semaine.

Bellissimo appartamento
L'appartamento di trova in un quartiere tranquillo dove in appena 15-20 minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro. L'interno è ampio e confortevole. Un plus per le due terrazze esterne che permettono di godersi il bel clima di malaga. L'appartamento è dotato poi di tutti gli strumenti necessari Davvero un'ottima esperienza!

Wonderful accommodation!
The owners were very responsive, apartment was spacious and clean, and very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic pantry items. The location was great, quiet and peaceful but close enough to town to walk in. Plaza Merced is around 15 min walk away and it's a great place to spend an evening people watching. The internet was strong enough for me to attend my 3hr online class in a video call with no problem. Patios on the front and back of the house, extra bathroom and washing machine off the back patio, this was an excellent place to stay.

City appartment
Nice, clean appartment at a good location. It is a good walk from city centre and beach. It would be nice if comfortable sunbeds would also be available on the second floor appartment. City Buses to the Center are handy and frequent.

Estancia en la feria de Málaga
La casa estaba muy bien equipada, las habitaciones muy cómodas y los baños amplios. La terraza es grande, diría que uno de los puntos fuertes de la casa. Tiene aire acondicionado, aunque no en todas las habitaciones, pero se suple con ventiladores. La conexión con los propietarios ha sido muy buena para todo lo que queríamos preguntar o necesitar. En resumen, una estancia muy agradable.

Séjour mémorable
Nous avons passé 5 jours fort agréables dans cette maison (1er étage). Beaucoup d'espace et deux terrasses (avant et arrière) pour profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre. De toutes les locations que j'ai effectuées dans le passé, c'est dans cette maison où la cuisine était la plus fournie en équipement et condiments : il ne manque de rien ou presque! L'accueil était chaleureux et le contact très facile, merci à Ana Maria pour nous avoir expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison et du quartier :-) À pieds, le centre de Malaga est à peine à 15 mins, vous habitez avec les gens du quartier, c'est une belle immersion! Recommandé très fortement!

Funktionellt boende med gångavstånd till det mesta. Affärer, restauranger, hamnen, bad och gamla stan. Lägenheten är välplanerad, välutrustad och ligger i ett lugnt område. Vi var sex vuxna och två små barn som tillbringade nio nätter i huset och trivdes förträffligt!

If I could do four and a half stars I would. A well furnished apartment with some lovely furniture and touches. Leaving things, like olive oil, dishwasher tablets etc is very welcome and saves time, money and waste. In a perfect world you would be nearer the centre and the 15 minute walk would be nicer but the bus is cheap regular and two minutes walk away. Supermarkets, fruit shops, bakers and delis on within five minutes. Having outside space is wonderful but the only downside to the lovely terrace is the time the sun arrives. Too late for breakfast, gone by dinner, but perfect for lunch and sunbathing. Communication with Ana was great, speedy, helpful and understanding. Her local man to help Angel is also very helpful though the €25 late arrival fee a little steep. A great stay and highly recommended.

Excellent apartment in Malaga
Stayed in this apartment for 1 week with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Really enjoyed staying here as we found the apartment to be very clean and spacious and it had everything we needed. The owner has considered the small things such as ensuring there are plenty of towels and a kitchen stocked with utensils etc. It genuinely had everything we needed. The apartment is very close to supermarkets and cafe's etc and we got the bus into Malaga centre each day, which was really convenient. Communication with the owner was good and someone met us promptly upon arrival. Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

L'appartement qu'il vous faut !
A quelques encablures du centre de Malaga (bus 1 - 10 mn de trajet), cet appartement au 1er étage d'une sympathique villa dans un quartier bien équipé en commerces en tous genres, vous permettra de récupérer de votre journée de visite de Malaga. Confortable et bien équipé, nous n'avons pas trouvé de point négatif. Equipement complet, bons couchages, 2 salles de bains, petite terrasse sympa et endroit très calme. Ce fut sans conteste, le meilleur endroit de notre périple en Andalousie. Ana Maria et Angel (et son délicieux accent français) sauront vous accueillir et sont à votre écoute. Avec eux, tout est facile. Si je devais revenir à Malaga, c'est ici que j'irais.

L'accueil est très chaleureux, merci à Angel et Anna : très serviables et disponibles. Une petite remarque concernant l'appartement en bas (premier étage) : l'équipement est moins pourvue, les lits sont à revoir (les lits grincent quand on bouge). Le reste est parfait, rien à dire : très propre, tout commodité (café, thé, appareils électroménagers ....). On a passé trois jours formidable à Malaga. Merci .
