While in Manchester we really liked the hotel and treatment of the disabled guests. Breakfast was excellent!! The front desk staff were terrific. Parking for handicap was very close to the main entrance but staff were willing to assist in any way.

Shuttle from the airport to the hotel ends at 9pm. Since my flight arrived I was faced woth a 20 minute walk from T2 to the hotel. Crazy that the shuttles stops before the last flights of the day arrive. Depsite being a IHG member I will avoid booking this hotel in the future if I am arriving in the evening. Club lounge notice said it provided a continental breakfast, but the only things availabe were tea/coffee a blow of fruit and some biscuits. Hardly a continetal breakfast

Perfect airport stop, friendly staff
Lovely short stay whilst flying out of Manchester Airport. Had an issue with the padlock on my suitcase getting stuck shut and staff were more than willing to help. Would stay again.

The gentleman that checked us in was so kind and very resourceful (I wished I remembered his name but he had a broken leg if that helps?). The staff was kind and if we had question or concerns they resolved it quickly. The location is perfect, literally a walking distance to terminal 1 and 3. 10/10 service!

Good hotel would stay again. Only down fall bar service, not enough serving on bar to amount of guests. Would have had a couple of more drinks in bar but very slow service when only 2 serving.

Excellent staff and service, clean room a bit tired for this brand. Food excellent and value for money. Poor shuttle drop off, as waited 30 mins not 6 mins and driver never came into reception, didn’t expect to have to pay for shuttle Service for this hotel brand.
