What an amazing hotel. 3rd time in a Dakota and will keep coming back. Guest relations - Diamond in particular - went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Gorgeous room (we went for a superior) with separate bath and shower. Luxe toiletries. Lovely hotel bar. Ducie St Warehouse is nearby - good brunch spot. About a 15 min walk to Selfridges. Highly recommend.

Hotel it’s self was beautiful but when you pay £200+ for a room mid week you don’t expect to be greeted with a £50 damage deposit for a room. A little bit insulting really. Also when a check out is 11am you don’t expect to be knocked on by cleaners at 10am trying to kick you out the room.

Best in Manchester by far
Always a brilliant stay. Upgraded to a suite and the extra space a complimentary mini bar was brilliant. Used the valet parking this time which again, very convenient and a brilliant service all round.
