Perfectly fine for an overnight stop, I dont think the heating was working in my room (18) but there was plenty of hat water and everything was clean

Very bad condition of the hotel and room
Hotel is in bad condition room stinks. Carpets not clean. Bathroom even in worst condition between tiles you can see mold. I should get king size bed with 2 small sofa bed. I booked room for 4 people instead of we get only double bed but i was charged like for room for 4 people. We not stay over night we only wss there 5 h then check out

Pretty sure this hotel is being used to house people by the council. Smelt of weed on arrival, tv didn’t work, no wifi (not provided), very noisy…cheap but not cheap enough!!

Checked out a day early
Remote for the television was not working and a light was continuously flickering + making a noise as it did when switched on. We reported it to staff as we we're going out for the day. We came back to be told they had changed the batteries in the remote control but they did not know which light the fault was with. Back in the room the second we turned the light on it immediately started flickering. On the second night there was a disruptive person in the corridor banging and shouting. Their partner had tried to get them back in the room but the behaviour contiued. In the end we quietly put the chain on and wedged the chair against the door for safety against the aggressive and unpredictable behaviour of the person. We had no way to report it to staff as no phone in the room and the number for the hotel came up as not in service on mobiles. Despite an additional night booked we checked out the next day.

Pulled up to the pub, couldn’t find the hotel anywhere, asked the staff and they don’t tell they didn’t have a clue what I was even on about. Scam. Don’t ever book this place.

Turned up to check in to be told they didn't have our booking. Then tried to charge us £64 than when I gave them my details then said it was £85!!!! The original booking was £35.10. needless to say we went elsewhere

Lady on the reception was lovely and helped when we was told Expedia hadn't told them about our booking. But the people this hotel has staying there are the type that make you feel unsafe, drug users that are hanging around out the front, and the smell of stale smoke was so bad. The room smelt of smoke and The bathroom had been cleaned but not very well. For £39 you get what you pay for but I definitely wouldn't pay anything more for this hotel, it was more like a hostel

We arrived to be informed that we had no booking, problems with Expedia apparently, they receptionist was very helpful and we ended up with 2 rooms instead of 3 but at least we all had a bed for the night
