This hotel is immaculate. The pool facilities are superb clean and great for families. We had a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was the highlight! Everything you can imagine was there and kids loved the waffles / pancakes!

Really nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast in the morning was really excellent- Bury black pudding!! Very friendly and helpful staff and great leisure facilities too - overall very good value too. Would definitely go again

Time to update the bathrooms

Been staying here several times, over the past 12 years. The bathrooms remain the same. Lovely staff. Clean. Costly for what it is. Reminds me of an American hotel from the 90’s. Despite all of that. I’d still recommend it.

Lovely hotel

It’s a lovely hotel.Room was lovely. Unfortunately we had the kids from hell next door who were screeching, jumping off beds and running noisily. At midnight I rang reception to ask them to speak to them. Bad parenting not the hotels fault! Breakfast was plentiful and lovely dining area. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa as we arrived later than expected due to fog. Would book again, very handy for Trafford Centre.

Clean, tidy with decent bar and restaurant alongside well equipped gym and swimming pool. Cloying smell through lobby was only gripe with the place.
