Come enjoy all the Northshore has to offer at our private home located on over an acre, shaded with a beautiful mix of mature trees in a quiet neighborhood. The home is just 4 miles from Lake Ponchartrain and Old Mandeville, which has so much to offer.
*Rent bikes and enjoy the walkable and bikeable streets are sprinkled with boutique stores, family-run restaurants, and picturesque scenery.
*Run, walk or ride along the sea wall path along the Lake. Ride the Tammany Trace, the 31-mile bike path that winds through St. Tammany Parish.
*Explore shops along Girod St. Enjoy delicious cuisine at any number of restaurants in Old Mandeville…The Rusty Pelican, Rips on the Lake, La Lou, and Liz’s Where Y’at Diner are just a few of our faves.
*Watch the sunset from The Barley Oak…a biergarten with an expansive outdoor area and balcony overlooking the lake or grab the best margarita from Pat’s Rest Awhile.
*There are many State Parks in the area. Fontainebleau State Park is a few miles away and is an Historic park that offers 2,800 acres with beautiful view of Lake Pontchartrain.
*Enjoy the Mandeville Trailhead Community Market every Saturday from 9am to 1 pm.
*Explore the area’s history at the Jean Baptiste Lang House or the Dew Drop, the world’s oldest unaltered jazz hall.
*Covington, Slidell, Madisonville, Abita Springs, Folsom, and Pearl River are just a few minutes drive away. There is so much to do and see in these nearby Northshore towns as well.
The home is equipped with everything you need. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and one bunk room with 2 bunks (4 twin beds). The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room has a 65” tv with streaming available. There is WiFi and an office space in the master. The master also has an exercise bike and hand weighs for your use. The backyard has a large octagon picnic table and a gas grill all located under the shady trees for your enjoyment. The front porch has a seating area to enjoy your morning coffee. Rest assure, you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay at our little slice of Heaven!

Very cute. Clean. Great location for us. Very close to all wedding venues and activities. The twin beds were extremely uncomfortable for adults. Mattresses very thin. The only other thing was the smell of the water.

Lovely Stay in Mandeville!
Myself and a group of friends spent a weekend on the Northshore and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin in the woods of Mandeville. The location is just remote enough for peace and quiet in the evening, but close to the beautiful Mandeville lakefront, as well as interstate 12 which can get you down the road quick. The property was clean and had all necessary amenities. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed spending time inside the cabin! Highly recommend this property if you need somewhere to stay in Mandeville!

Great place to stay in Mandeville
The house was great! Myself, along with 3 others stayed here for a few days while working in town. The house is brand new on the inside , everything from the dishes to the sheets. It was great and clean. We will surely stay here again if we're in the area. The house was as described , extremely clean and new. Amber , the host, was great and very responsive. I would suggest this highly to anyone looking for a place to stay on this area.
