The property needs renovation. Old and rates compare to all inclusive resorts next to Porto real is very expensive because it’s not all inclusive .

Nice hotel but we were pretty much the only guests there so it felt very strange. Good facilities and friendly staff! It would be great if the hotel could have tennis rackets to hire for guests to use the tennis court.

The neighborhood was great, the hotel was maybe nice some years ago but today it is awful. Air conditioning is noisy, bedroom is too small for the size of the bed. There is no TV in the bedroom. Wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. Finally the hotel is far from everything and there is only one restaurant, with a medium to low level food

This hotel used to probably be a great resort. Now the rooms are just old, with extremely old decor uncomfartable beds and the bathroom is horribly dirty!. The only plus point is the view from your hotel room which is awesome. The hotel staff was friendly as in all of Brazil but was not really knowledgable ablut any attractions in their area

Precisa melhorar em tudo.
Fiz o check-in e ao chegar ao bloco Normandie, tive que subir 3 andares de escada, porque o elevador estava parado, e ao chegar ao quarto, o mesmo estava desarrumado, ou seja, não teve limpeza entre um hóspede e outro, tive que descer os 3 andares e voltar para a recepção. Trata-se de um complexo enorme, onde eu fiquei e a recepção, tem uma curta caminhada com uma pequena ladeira. O café da manhã é bom, eles tem van para levar a praia privativa do hotel. Eles possuem um restaurante e um quiosque na praia, mas para comprar bebidas, você precisa ir até eles, e pegar, eles não possuem garçom para servir os frequentadores da praia, o cliente faz serviço de garçom. O clube é bom, à piscina é grande. O hotel precisa fazer melhorias no hotel, o ar condicionado pinga entre um andar e outro e faz barulho de pinga pinga a noite inteira, chuveiro elétrico, banheiro muito pequeno, se tiver algum hóspede que esteja acima do peso, terá dificuldades com o banheiro. A cama faz barulho e travesseiro ruim. O hotel precisa melhorar a administração com a máxima urgência, só consegui entrar no quarto depois de quase 1h após o check-in, isso foi uma situação muito desagradável, nunca passei por isso. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

O prédio precisa de reformas profundas, pois apresenta má pintura perceptível no teto do refeitório e no box do banheiro, varias áreas com limo e ferrugem, além de restos de obra e materiais jogados nas áreas de serviço, mas visíveis aos hóspedes. Quartos precisam de reforma, o mobiliário é velho desgastado, porta da varanda do quarta é emperrada, precisa de "jeito" para abrir, tv ruim. Ar-condicionado antigo e barulhento. Banheiro com forte cheiro de mofo. O interruptor de cartão RFID não funciona. Mas de tudo o pior foi a intransigência da recepção no momento do check-in. Chegamos as 13h aproximadamente e não liberaram o quarto antes das 15h. Entendo que está no contrato mas também percebo que houve um pouco de descaso com o hóspede pois tivermos que esperar por quase 2h no saguão do hotel. Perguntamos sobre isso e a resposta era sempre a mesma, "só podemos liberar o quarto as 15h". Nem ao menos uma água ou algo para se comer foi oferecido, nem tv para passar o tempo. Viajamos 4h, chegamos cansados. Acredito que embora estivesse sim estipulado que o check-in acontece as 15h, faltou proatividade e carinho com o hóspede, regras são boas sim, fazem a coisa funcionar, mas tem-se que ter zelo pelo principal no modelo de negocio. O CLIENTE. O Bar da praia é um capítulo a parte, cheguei para pedir um porção as 11:15m o funcionário recusou atender dizendo que eu só poderia fazer pedido as 11:30m.. hora que eles iniciam os trabalhos. Café manhã e jantar simples sem nada de mais.

Já de inicio foi bem decepcionante, checkin lotado, quartos ainda não liberados na hora... O quarto estava bem abaixo das qualidades das fotos. E infelizmente não finalizamos nossa estadia, fomos embora um dia antes, devido a uma falha de segurança. Estavam tentando acessar o nosso quarto, enquantos estavamos lá dentro relaxando...Ao abrir a porto devido ao barulho, nos deparamos com o funcionario do hotel desmontando nossa fechadura, acompanhando de outros hospedes. Foi um baita susto e após o ocorrido não nos sentimos mais confortáveis em dormir em um local, onde ficamos vulneráveis.
