Whether you are wanting to stay and play at Colbert Hills or in town for an event at K State enjoy a comfortable 3bd/2ba that backs up to the front 9. This is a great quiet location to stay for a business or pleasure.

*Space
The 1800sqft home features an open floor plan with living room with a 55" TV and Roku. The ample kitchen comes fully stocked with basic tools you would need to cook meals during your stay. The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker to get the mornings started. Wifi available. House is located on the front 9 of Colbert Hills Golf Course.

*Sleep
The master suite boasts a luxurious king sized bed with a large walk in closet and private master bathroom with separate shower and tub. The second and third bedrooms feature queen sized beds and share a second full bath. All beds are memory foam and include linens. In the main living space, there is a couch and love seat with recliners.

*Bathrooms
Fully stocked bathrooms with provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

*Laundry
Washer and dryer provided in the house along with iron and ironing board.

*Outdoors
Enjoy an outdoor space for hanging out, grilling, playing yard games, or watching golfers play through

*Parking
Free parking available on the street and in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. We ask guests to refrain from parking in front of neighbors homes. Driveway is steep and may be difficult for those with accessibility concerns.

*Check In/Check Out
You will be provided with a door code for self check in within 24 hours of check in. For check out we ask all used linens be piled in rooms, trash be removed to the garage can, BBQ propane be turned off, and doors be locked. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low.

Bill Snyder Football Stadium: 7 minutes
Aggieville: 12 minutes
MHK Airport : 10 minutes

There is a $500 damage deposit for the house. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know ASAP.

Was homey but in need of some updates
Could be a little cleaner but I’m a clean freak. Master shower could have been cleaner. Some updates are in need. As a whole it worked out for our weekend stay.

Best in MHK
This property was fantastic! The location was great for quick trips in and out to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was friendly but yet quiet. Lots of waves, head nods, and hellos while walking and playing in the yard. As for the house, it was perfect for a family of 5. We had family in for dinner and there was plenty of space for the kids to play while the adults had conversation and not one was crowded. 5 Stars for sure!

Property was 4 out of 5 on clean. Bathtubs had dead bugs. No cable or smart TV just "Roku" TV. No access to live news, etc. Pillows were substandard. Not enough towels for 6 people. Seating for only 4 at table for a group of six people. Same with living room seating only 5 people.

The house was clean, organized and had lots of extras (night light, lint roller, towels, sheets) Owner very responsive to messages and even accommodated an early check-in to get ready for early afternoon wedding. Would absolutely stay here again.

Short Visit for Families on College Visit
Nice location and well kept property - good for overnight stay away from campus and with nice views. Would have liked a table that sat more than 4 and a coffee table in living room area. Nice and quiet - easy check in and check out with door code.

Quiet and convenient
I was traveling with my senior parents and enjoyed the convenience and quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to reply to our request. The driveway was a bit tricky to maneuver with the grade/slight curve, having to park in the garage to load my parents without a remote.

This was a great place for our girl’s trip. Rooms were clean and had what we needed except for missing trash cans in the bathrooms and no tissues. The hosts allowed us to park in the garage which was great because of recent snows so we couldn’t park on the street.

New clean home on golf course
This property is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and met all of our needs in a timely fashion. The home could use a bit of help on the character factor (i.e., more decorations, blankets, charm, etc.).

Great house for Christmas stay
The house was perfect for our stay. It has a very spacious layout and nicely decorated. It was not overly decorated so it was very welcoming and cozy. The driveway is a bit steep but you can pull into the garage to unload. You are very close to town ; very convenient location.

Wedding weekend!
We came into town for a wedding and booked this home as home base for the weekend! We loved that the master is on one side of the home and the other 2 rooms were on the other side. It provided a little privacy and also felt very spacious. The home had everything we needed. Although a little drive from town for any restaurants, there was a grocery store within 5-10min from the home. The driveway is super steep so just be aware during icy weather. The view out the back windows was beautiful and the host was excellent with communication. Thanks for a memorable weekend. :)

Very nice property!
This property was very nice. It was extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood. The driveway is very steep and my mother in law had a bit of a tough time getting up it (keep in mind for anyone with disabilities). Beautiful view of the golf course in the back. Overall great property.
