The Wreath House is the perfect destination for families and friends. With its spacious layout and extraordinary amenities, this property is perfect for game day, graduation, or special events. With a king, 2 queens, a full, a twin, and 3 queen sleepers, there is room for all. Enjoy the heated pool and cabana, hot tub, fire pit and lounge area, the Pool House workout facility, three separate grills and an expansive deck. Moments from KSU campus and athletics, Tuttle Creek, CiCo park, Linear Trail, and Zoo.

We've taken a 1935 story and a half home and converted it into a small resort. Yeah, pretty crazy. When you walk into the front door you will immediately notice the new 4" red oak wood floors. The entirety of the home's interior is newly painted with nice combinations of pastel and soothing colors. Two large screen TV's, furniture, and a dining area for 6-8 are located in the same open room. The kitchen features oak woodwork with pull out shelves and great storage. There is a dedicated coffee bar on the west side of the kitchen. Appliances are high grade and intended for heavy use. We generally provide food staples, and often have more food than necessary - you are welcome to all we have available. We have another room off the main hallway we call the Sun Room - primarily because it gets the most afternoon sun. Used as an overflow dining area, breakfast nook, and also as an office; this room has direct access to the deck and backyard. We've added smart home amenities, including Alexa controlled lights, TV's, appliances, exterior cameras, and HVAC. A Marantz high output receiver in the Cabana for great sound around the pool. Gym equipment, including free weights, commercial grade treadmill, bike, and bowflex.

Parking is impressive. In front of the garage you will find a long double row driveway. We have seen as many as 10 cars parked on this driveway - it probably can hold 12. Street parking is also available.

While the garage is off-limits (some exceptions are made during the winter), we do have two Trek mountain bikes in the garage that we can make available to guests. These are nice bikes and great for riding Linear Trail which meanders around the west, south, then east side of Manhattan.

Sleeping arrangements are plentiful. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a California King. This bed is a dream! We have had some customers tell us they did not want to sleep in their own bed anymore - seriously. Also upstairs is a converted spare bedroom that doubles as a second living room. Enjoy your own private FireTV while you or your friends sleep on the queen sofa bed or send the kids upstairs to watch cartoons while you and friends play downstairs or on the deck. The main floor bedroom is a traditional Queen - also very comfortable. Furniture and closet space are ample. The main floor living room also has a large queen sofa bed with a 75" FireTV directly in front. Downstairs are two bedrooms and another living area (we call it a Theater Room). One of the basement bedrooms contain a Full over Twin bunk bed and a large bean bag. We can also pull out a Queen air mattress and place in this room for extra sleepers. The curtained room has a very nice Queen bed with dresser. The Theater Room or extra Living Space has a Queen Sleeper.

The Wreath House is likely the only property in town with as many amenities available on a short term rental: The Heated Pool is open from April 1 to Oct 31 (weather depending). The Hot Tub is open year-round. The Fire Pit is great year-round. Three grills (1 pellet smoker, 1 small propane grill, 1 large combination charcoal and propane grill) are in the back overlooking the firepit and pool area - great for a large family get-together. Deck chairs and furniture, pool chaise lounges and gravity chairs, adorn the backyard space. The cabana, with its bar area and dedicated refrigerator, is perfect for summer stays. Enjoy the awesome stereo system while you drink cocktails and watch the kids swim. The Gym is located in the Pool House (separate building) and features a variety of equipment. The Pool House also has a large sofa and kitchenette with a functioning refrigerator and sink. The bathroom is easy access from the pool.

There are several TV's in the Wreath House. The main floor features a 75" FireTV and a 55" Flat Screen for gaming. Watch your favorite show on Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, Fubo, or MGM while your kids play Xbox on the second (smaller - still large) TV. The upstairs has a 50" TV in the spare bedroom (convertible living room). The basement has a large TV in the living area (that also doubles as a sleeping area). The Pool House has a TV on the wall directly in-front of the treadmill, but viewable from the sofa that faces the gym.
