Just wanted to share my recent experience. Check-in was super slow, which was a bit frustrating. When we finally got to our room, we were hit with this awful smell that was hard to describe—totally gross! I called the housekeeper, who was really nice and even confirmed the smell. They quickly moved us to a different room, but I just wish the cleaning staff and manager had done a better job checking the room beforehand. It should’ve been ready for guests!
