there was a clogged on shower area that flooded the entire bathroom, we had to call support for 3times inorder to resolved the issue. My roommate wasnt able to take a bath until all declogging activity was done while we are interrupted in our room activiities. After 3complaints, they sent us breakfast meals to recover the trouble.

Very clean hotel, lovely rooms, great price. However, security just watched me struggle to open the door with 3 suit cases and please tell Earl on reception that manners don't cost anything, it's free to be nice to people. The hotel it's self was fantastic but staff were not great, I checked in at 3 am.. maybe they were tired?

Limited parking space, had to have the car parked through valet to a different parking area. Limited seating for breakfast. Several tables were set up outside the restaurant / in the lobby, but still not enough. Wait time to be seated around 30mins (during medium peak hours), what more if it was peak hours. Not much option for dining around the area (only Okada and Solaire close by but both too expensive). Regardless it has served it’s purpose because our main reason was to be close to The Theater at Solaire.

Just what we needed as a transitional hotel in between flights. The hotel is close to the airport, clean and comfortable with great facilities. It's also close to the Okado fountain complex and Mall of Asia for easy dining/shopping/entertainment options.

I like the most was the safety of the area,just a walking distance to Okada where you have lots of choices to eat and to the nearby malls.The room was clean and the staffs were all pleasant.The foods in the restaurant was just ok abd kind of expensive.The service to the airport was good.It was on time.The location of the hotel was near the airport not to worry about the traffic.

The hotel advertised a complimentary airport shuttle. I messaged the hotel to give them our flight details and all the information they requested. I even rang the hotel when we arrived. They didn’t show up and didn’t answer my messages. The reason we picked the Kingsford was the shuttle. After an hour of trying to contact then we finally got a cab. It took us ages to finally get to the hotel. Not happy!

6th Room Shower temperature was either room or cold temp, Room Safe not working. TV controller Broken, Doors between Rooms and Pool banging all day. Thin walls. Can hear children crying on side during the day and hear hookers moaning all night for 2 nights straight. This place is not for normal travelers. For Filipino Families, Gamblers and lonely men.

It was good. But some issues.

Room was clean, staff is nice. The room avove was loud. I could hear all the rolling and moving of furniture. I did have issues with the TV. Called front desk 3x in an hour and them again once in the morning. At that point, i gave up. It works when it wants to. After seeing other reviews, this is a consistent issue that the hotel seem to not care to fix. Shuttle - no way to get a hold of them without paying international fee if you want to be picked up. You'd think they would respond to any mesages but they dont. They do not even have a Whatsapp. Watch out because Shuttle is suppose to be free but when you pre-register, there is a fee for a "private" car if selected. Not the same. Massage was great but weird that it was in a hotel room - directions was scarce, only told me 9th floor.
