Perheemme on nauttinut Oregonin rannikosta vuosia. Päätimme rakentaa uuden unelmakodin rannalle ja olemme innostuneita jakamaan sen muiden kanssa.

Rakentaminen on vihdoin valmis! tällä erittäin odotetulla 6 000+ neliömetrillä kotona heinäkuussa 2019!

Emme tarjoa tätä kotia vielä lyhytaikaisesti. Tarjoamme sitä vain yli kuukauden vuokra-ajaksi, kunnes lupa on saatu. Siihen asti ei ole yöhintoja, vain kuukausittaiset hinnat ovat saatavilla. 9 000 dollaria kuukaudessa joulukuu - huhtikuu.

Allashuone - Se ei olisi uima-altaan talo ilman tätä. Meillä on huippuluokan uima-allas Swim-Ex. Tämä on upeaa liikuntaa tai lasten leikkiä varten.

Miksi valita loma-asunnomme?
 Olemme hiljaisen kadun umpikujassa. Suurin osa rannan eturakennuksista on vilkkaan tien varrella. Ei autoja ajettaessa ja merkittävää yksityisyyttä.

 Kaikista 6 makuuhuoneesta on merinäköala. Joista 2 on suoraan merelle päin
 Kaikissa 5 king-vuoteessa on huippuluokan "musta etiketti" -patja
 Yksittäiset lämmittimet jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa. Mukauta oma asetus
 jättiläinen 12 jalkainen NanaWall-tyylinen liukuovi Suuressa huoneessa. Avaa ja ole yhteydessä ulkona noina kauniina päivinä
 Meillä on laaja pelihuone ja mediahuone: biljardipöytä, 4 pelaajan pelihalli, pop-a-shot sekä 12 nahkateatteripaikkaa surround-äänihuoneessa, jossa on 82 "TV

Excellent Pool (Beach) House
The house is the perfect stop, for a large family to enjoy time at the beach. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but the house amenities definitely made up for it. The host was great, excellent communicator.Would most definitely stay here again.

Oregon Coast Manzanita getaway with friendzies
This house was masterfully made and an absolute treat to stay in for 4 nights. The house fully accommodated our friends their spouses and kids. The beach being so close made for an easy daily decision to have a beach day. The Manzanita Downtown is so quaint and beautiful. Thanks to our property owners for everything!

A perfect family reunion house
A perfect location! Close to the water for those who like beach walks, beautiful view of the ocean for those who would rather sit on the deck and watch the waves. Accessible trails for wheelchairs in the nearby park (easy walking distance), and SO MUCH for the kids to do at the house. We swam, hot tubbed, beach and park walked, cooked great meals in a well equipped kitchen and loved our time together as a family.

Relaxing Luxury waterfront home
We really enjoyed our stay at the pool house. All of the amenities made this home a very special experience of the Oregon Coast during a time of incredible storms passing through. We felt very lucky to have everything we could possibly want or need in this magnificient house with a view of all of the ocean from our living room window.

We have stayed at other properties from these owners and have always had a great experience, but this was our first time at this property. As always, the home was immaculate when we arrived. We usually go the the coast in early spring which makes the weather unpredictable, but this house has so much space that we never feel on top of each other if we’re waiting out a storm. It’s truly a beautiful home.

Wonderful stay
We stayed midweek with family including young children and grandparents. House was wonderful, perfect for large group and multifamily stay. Great for kids (our agea could all use stairs, babies or non walkers may be harder with stairs). Owners were so responsive to questions during our stay. Will likely stay again!

Icy weather weekend
This was a great house to be stranded in for an icy long weekend. Beautiful icy dune views with raging sea, lots to do (even during afternoons without electricity). We played cards, enjoyed the warm gas fire that worked even during power loss, swam, used hot tub and cooked one meal on the balcony grill due to power loss. The theatre was great during the powered up times and the children loved the game room. Plenty of room for grandparents and 3 kids with their spouses and children.

Oregon Coast Family Vacation
This was our first time staying in Manzanita. This was the perfect house for our 3 generation family vacation. The weather wasn’t great for getting out on the beach so having a house with so many activities was perfect. From fantastic ocean views from the great room to the game room and the theater room not to mention the pool and sauna room. What more could you possibly need. We will definitely be returning in the future. A big thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Family beach vacation
The Pool House location is very desirable. The home has ample room. Lovely view of beach but you have to go down two flights of stairs (or elevator which some people are fearful of) to go out the front door to get to beach or…down one flight of stairs and go out one of two bedrooms that lead to the beach. Very awkward as rooms are occupied. The kitchen is very spacious and had two large islands and two large refrigerators which made it very nice with so many cooks. The cleanliness of the home was subpar. The housekeeper even had to return upon our arrival and take care of several obvious things. For the premium nightly price it was extremely disappointing. The owners were very quick to refund the cleaning deposit, however. Our family has been gathering in Manzanita since 1999. Our very favorite gathering place. The Pool House was new to us.

Fun for the whole family!
The house has so much to offer from bedrooms to entertainment no one was ever bored! The kitchen is perfect with two islands open to the huge living-dining room. The indoor pool was a big hit as was the game room. What an amazing place!

Like Having a Private Resort All to Yourself
This place was perfect for family getaways and special gatherings with friends. If rather than a busy vacation, if you prefer to spend quality time together with your friends and family, this is the place for you. There is no reason you would have to leave this house. We had 14 total people stay and we never once felt crowded in the least. There were always different people doing different activities all throughout the house, and I think we used all the amenities too. The pool, the sauna, the hot tub, the pool table, arcade, pop-a-shot, the huge kitchen with the double island, the massive kitchen table, the huge wrap around couch, and the theater room that was virtually soundproof…even an elevator for our friend who walks with a cane…this place had everything we could have ever hoped for all in one place. Even 3 washers and dryers in the laundry room! Definitely going back again!

I have rented homes for 30 years or so. For the first time the property was better than the pic. So well equipped and clean. Large fridge and stove. The view was grand. Didn’t hurt that it was 62 degrees and no wind. And it had a elevator. Yes, it was wonderful. The pool was fun . We want to come back.

Great Property for a Family Reunion
This clean, well-appointed property helped us have a wonderful time on our family reunion trip. These owners have thought of everything! The elevator was so valuable to our family member who is mobility impaired. The one improvement I would value is an updated, more accurate listing. I dragged beach towels, TP, and paper towels from home, but there were plenty of each in the house. Luckily I brought Kleenex even though it wasn’t listed, because there was none there. That’s very minor though. The house is wonderful and I would highly recommend it!

Peaceful setting on the coast
House is on a quite stretch of the beach, but within a short walking distance to the town and local food/grocery store. Family ranging from 1-65yrs enjoyed this house as there was something for everyone. The theater room is amazing! And the pool was a hit with the kids! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Magnificent Manzanita
Location, location, location. Perfectly situated at the end of a block with spectacular and expansive views of magnificent Manzanita beach (accessible via a short pathway over the dune), it’s hard to imagine a more picturesque location for a vacation home. Although the Swim-Ex pool was out of order when we were there, the house itself was otherwise as advertised, with a spacious and comfortable great room, well-equipped kitchen, and a massive dining room table that comfortably accommodated our group of 11 ranging in age from 8 to 80. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, shooting hoops in the game room, gathering around the fire pit after dinner, and winding down with movies in the supremely comfy theater room. Nate and Brigid thoughtfully created videos explaining how to operate different systems in the house and were quick to respond to every question and request. The town of Manzanita itself is a gem – and a great launching pad for exploring the scenic Oregon Coast, which offers nearby hiking, limitless beachcombing adventures, a tour of the Tillamook cheese and ice cream factory, and opportunities to taste superlative Oregon wine. At the end of the day, we were always happy to return to the house and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the deck off the great room. All in all, a fantastic vacation in a magical place.
