Tämä on oma trooppisen saaren loma, eikä passi tarvita! Viehättävä pieni huoneisto sijaitsee Marathonissa, Floridassa, keskellä Florida Keysiä. Huoneistohotelli sijaitsee hiekkarannalla, harvinaisuus Keysissä, Coco Plum -yleisrannan vieressä, aivan Atlantin valtamerellä. Se tarjoaa mukavan kävelymatkan ja upeat näkymät. Rakastamme meloa melontaa ja meloa heti rannaltamme tai vain rentoutua hyvän kirjan kanssa, hiekkaa varpaiden väliin katsellen sinisttä vettä ja taivasta. Tuo joitain uimajalkineita, koska pieni saari on valmistettu fossiilisista korallisista, vaikka ranta- ja merialueemme ovat hiekkarantoja, paikoissa on kivisiä laikkuja ja ruohoisia laikkuja. Tuo meri ruoho on elintärkeää ympäristölle, ja meillä on joskus rannalla merikilpikonnoja! Kompleksissa on iso uima-allas ja tenniskenttä.

Huoneistossa on 1 / makuuhuone, 1 / kylpy, king-size-vuode valoisassa ja tilavassa makuuhuoneessa ja vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Makuuhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa on televisio. Olohuoneessa ja keittiössä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, ja huoneistossa on vintage-80-luvun pastellitunnelma. Keittiö on täysin varustettu, ja tarjoamme liinavaatteet, kylpy- ja rantapyyhkeet. Meillä on myös aurinkovarjoja ja tennismailoja, joita voit käyttää myös.

Mainitsimmeko näkemyksen? Se on ihana. Parvekkeelta on näköala suurelle uima-altaalle ja sen ulkopuolella sijaitsevalle rannalle ja merelle. Parveke seulotaan mukavuuden vuoksi. Allas on lämmitetty. Voit uida, kalastaa, snorklata,
kajakki ja melontalauta heti rannalta.

Marathon on loistava keskeinen sijainti ylempien näppäinten (Key Largo & Islamorada) ja alempien näppäinten (Key West, Big Pine Key ja Bahia Honda State Park) tutkimiseksi. Marathonilla on useita upeita ravintoloita ja 2 ruokakauppaa muutaman mailin päässä. Marathonilla on upeita vierailukohteita, kuten Dolphin Research Center, Aquarium Encounters, Crane Pointin luonto- ja historiamuseo ja Turtle Hospital. Suosittelemme päiväretkiä läheiseen Pigeon Key -messuun uskomatonta snorklausta ja rentouttavaa historiaa varten. Sombreron ranta on muutaman mailin päässä, ja siellä on lukuisia paikkoja snorklata, sukeltaa, vuokrata kaloja ja katsella auringonnousua ja auringonlaskua!

Hinnat voivat muuttua, kunnes varaus on vahvistettu. Hinnojen ja verojen lisäksi on poistumismaksu. Yleensä vuokraamme lauantaista lauantaihin, vain muutamalla satunnaisella poikkeuksella.

Vacation
This place is in a wonderful location. The best beach we saw while visiting Marathon was right outside our door and with the pool right there it was a win-win. The unit had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Everything in the unit and on the proper was clean and neat. Very well kept. If we were to return to Marathon again, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful views from nice screened in porch. Condo located in quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. Facilities are nice with extra touches and full of people who rent here year after year.

“Homey” vs Lack of cleanliness and routine upkeep
Not good. The property does not have elevator access; beware—nowhere was that advertised. So many rules; notes all over the place (unit 14). Non working ceiling fan in living room with a strict rule of A/C not being set below 72.; the unit was extremely warm. The unit was dirty and had water damaged bathroom cabinets that were falling apart. They tell you the stains in the tub are a chemical reaction. If that he the case—why aren’t all of the condos in the Keys experiencing this? The tub was old and it needed resurfaced or replaced—and CLEANED properly. When contacting the Manager after leaving—being there only 24 hours—they did provide a partial refund for the week we booked. They will respond with its “homey” not a resort. A home should be clean; this was not. They allot each person one towel, one washcloth, and one towel for the entire week (they do disclose that in the long list of rules and contract they ask you to sign). If you use more—you will be charged a fee. They do have a coin-op ..but we found that to be a very cheap way of taking care of your guests; more towels is such a simple, inexpensive thing to provide. The site won’t allow us to upload our photos for proof. We cannot recommend this place. Remember—“homey equals NOT cleaned or maintained”-they will respond otherwise. Don’t buy it. Thank you

Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay in Marathon. Great views of the pool and ocean. Our boat rental, Cocos Boat Rental was right up the street, very close to the condo. Megan was outstanding and was very responsive to our needs especially when we locked our keys in the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back next year! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway
This condo was perfect. It was just like the photos, everything you need in the kitchen. I love the neighborhood, I went walking several mornings while my husband was diving. The pool was clean and there were sanitizing stations due to the pandemic. Everyone was friendly, but socially distancing. My husband loved the beach area where he finished in the afternoon. I could not be more pleased with our week here. I would recommend to both families and couples.

Worse part was the seaweed, very bad smell so that you couldn't enjoy sitting on patio along with the property owners 2-3 doors down the beach were raking it up every day making the smell unbearable because it was wet....

Amazing little piece of paradise
We booked this place literally last minute after we had driven from Massachusetts to Daytona for 4 nights. Then decided to drive to the Keys for a leg of our road trip trip. We were celebrating my 42nd bday & 2nd year anniversary of my 4 year olds successful 3rd & last open heart surgery. First the price was in our budget and couldn’t believe it was literally on a beach with a pool, which was one of my children’s request. The little condo was just perfect for our little family! Great to have a kitchen, a screened in porch that faced the pool but we could still see the ocean. There was 1 bedroom but we cosleep w our children so this worked lovely for us. We could also see the ocean from the bedroom and we often shut off the ac and left the window open to get the ocean breeze & get lulled to sleep by the calming sounds of the ocean waves. We all slept like babies, waking up to the best sunrise right from our balcony! This place was immaculate (having a child w half a heart this was priority!) There were plenty of towels to use, enough pillows, blankets & kitchen was well stocked w essentials. We eat mostly raw so didn’t need to much but we did cook a couple of meals & had all we needed. We had an issue with the tv but after speaking to Rhonda, who wasn’t only very pleasurable to speak w & kind but she had Kevin come try to fix it very quickly! It was not a big deal because who really needs a tv when you are in paradise and we limit our children’s viewing anyway but they both went out of their way to rectify the problem anyway. The pool was heated so my children loved that. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. It just absolutely perfect! We really felt like it was our own little home an we even extended our stay for a couple of extar days. The whole booking process was made simple by Rhonda even though I booked the night before checking in. The pictures on site do no justice to this place. Its much lovelier than the pictures protrayed! We loved staying in Marathon! The only word that keeps coming to mind is paradise, paradise, paradise! This simple, most importantly clean and it was on the best location,absolutely perfect for a family on a budget who’s idea of a 5 star place is just looking out your balcony and seeing all the natural beauty we were surrounded by! Thank you Megan & Kevin for you hospitality & making this our home away from home! Oh Kevin don’t forget Paul is waiting for you to resign! Lol! Cant wait to return! Blessings!

Wonderful place!
My husband and I had a fantastic time at Royal Plum. We stayed in condo #14. It was very clean and up to date. It had everything we needed. The staff, Meghan and Kevin were very pleasant. We met many people who have been coming to Royal Plum for many years. We now know why - it is a wonderful place. We can't wait to come back next year.
