The lanai is fit to be a living room all on its own, with its own comfy furniture and television. There’s even an outside couch so that you and your family can gather. As night falls, you’re able to relax in the pool and hot tub, while listening to the water lap against the seawall with your favorite beverage in hand.

The heated pool overlooks the glassy smooth canal that reflects the bright sun and tropical palm trees. You can enjoy the view from a row of sun loungers or while you’re standing in front of the gas grill, cooking up the barbequed lunch you’ll serve on the table set beside the canal. This is waterside dining at its finest. Afterwards play a game on the foosball table or air hockey table to see who will be doing dishes.

The modern furnished interior is equally stunning with furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. The waterway is the constant backdrop as you relax in the brightly tiled living room with big screen television. Decorative details like coral and indoor plants fill the sun-lit interior, creating a relaxing ambience.

The kitchen features a tall ceiling and barstool chairs along the granite counter. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a meal on the enormous wooden dining table or the family-sized table out on the lanai.

In the master bedroom, a sliding glass door opens up to the lanai, so you’ll fall asleep each night to fragrant hibiscus-scented breezes. The ensuite bathroom features his and hers sinks and a bathtub. All the bedrooms give you ample closet and drawer space.

The house comes with comfort-enhance amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short drive to the beach. You even have a Surrey to explore the Island by land.
