Great Room floorplan has vautled ceilings and 12 foot sliding glass doors that lead out to a 41X10 screened lanai perfect for watching the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee. The other lanai off the dining room has a view of the brand new heated pool.
The living room is spacious with ample seating for all and a dining room table that seats 6 guests. The master bedroom sits on one side of the house along with an en-suite bathroom that has dual vanities and shower. The guest bedrooms located on the other side of the house share a guest bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Down stairs is a covered area that fits up to 3 cars. This home is also just a short distance to many fine bars, restaurants shops and mini-golf.

Our 2 week stay with 6 adults and pup was comfortable. The house was a bit outdated. Pool was clean & maintained. Beds & bedding were clean & comfortable. Furniture was comfortable and screened in porches were wonderful. No garage but plenty of room to park several cars under house. Some TLC needed in backyard - fallen tree and broken fence in already small yard. Items needing immediate attention were promptly resolved. 5 min walk to south beach entrance & Sunset Grill was great. Would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Spacious, clean and comfortable. We had some friends stop in for a visit on our 2 week stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults. We've been coming to Marco for vacations for 28 years, we loved the location and the fact we could bring our dog for the stay. Easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. We would love to stay again. The pool was small, but great to cool off and lounge in. Thank you from Northern, Wisconsin.

Marco Island - Swan Drive - Property review.
All in all the property was very nice and spacious. It fit our needs for the week. Close to the beautiful white sand beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a great time!!! --- The little quirky things that needed done were done promptly. The furniture on the front and back porches were dirty and we had to clean them off (did not call about it). The A/C was not working properly in the master BR. The outside grill could use a good scrub and a cover, the inside was fine. Never had to clean the linens/ towels at any other rentals. (That was weird.)

Great family vacation home!
My husband and I shared this spacious 3-bedroom house with our son, daughter in law, and our 3 grandchildren, (ages 13, 10, & 2 1/2.) It was really nice for the older girls to have a bedroom of their own, while my son's bedroom was spacious enough for my grandson's crib. The living and dining rooms gave us plenty of living space and the outside porches were very accomodating, as well. The house was very clean and had all the bath towels and beach towels needed for our family. The private pool was awesome! The kids swam well into the evening and enjoyed the underwater lighting. This unit had plenty of beach chairs and pool toys for our family. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, which we did often. But the beach also has a drop off/pick up area if we wanted to drive with the kids and beach supplies. Honestly, my only request would be for more kitchen essentials to be provided (ie Large stockpot for boiling corn or seafood, a pizza and/or cookie sheet, maybe even a single serve Keurig.) Communication with Kelli was fabulous! I received immediate responses for all of my questions and concerns. Thanks Kelli! I would rate this as one of the nicest units we've stayed in over our many years of vacationing. Thanks for the memories!!!

Old house
The location is great. The listing said it was an older house but since it was just recently listed for rental we were expecting newer bedding, sheets or towels. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The owners bought bedding at a garage sale ( there was even plasting packageing with the price tag from the garage sale ). So bedding was old and quite dirty. Thankfully the management company did a GREAT job and brought new bedding + sheets the next day and also took care of some other things to make our stay more pleasant experience. We still bought new pillows to sleep on as the one at the house have seen better days. Patio furniture is extremely old, grill is not usable in my opinion. Overall, it's clear the stuff in the house are from either garage or estate sale. The only great thing about the house is location and a new pool. It's small but new. Also, there were no reviews from prior renters. Again, thankfully the management company is really trying to do their best to make up for the condition of the house. They were GREAT.
