Not Quite "Perfect" but Definitely Very Good
When a Vrbo listing is aggressively titled, "Perfect Beachfront condo," it's reasonable to expect perfection... right? (We've experienced perfection on Marco before.) PROS - Perfect location, view & sunsets - Relatively quiet days & nights - Comfortable beds - Nicely decorated - 5 & 2.4 GHz WiFi - Handy kitchen, appliances lg & sm, silverware, tools, pots & pans, spices - Useful brooms, dustpan, etc. - Very nice shared pool (max 6.5' depth) & pool area - Hot tub next to the pool - Private lanai with table, chairs & padded chaise lounge - Beach items & wagon provided - Great communication by the owner, start to finish CONS - Floors need a thorough cleaning (going barefoot was rather unpleasant) - Pocket door (2nd bedroom) doesn't work, off track - Kitchen lacked liquid dish soap & scrubber (they're there now ;), sharp knives, cutting board, replacement trash bags - Air fryer & broiler pan were dirty - Dryer lint trap was full - Three of the four beach chairs are broken or too rusty/cracked to use - Beach umbrella seemed to be disintegrating (didn't use) - WiFi very weak on lanai (relocate router to laundry room so fewer walls block the signal?) A few of those cons would go away if the cleaning crew would just perform their jobs better. In the end, rather than "Perfect," I'd say "Very Good." Overall, I rated it 5/5 stars and would stay there again, expecting most or all of the cons will be addressed. I hope you appreciate the input, Lou... We look forward to next time! :)

First time to Marco Island. We had a great experience. The condo was just what we expected. There was great communication with the property owner Lou. Bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

A great week in Marco Island
My family and I decided we needed to get away and what better place to go than Marco Island! We had family staying in the condo we usually rent so I was excited to find this property just down the beach a few minutes! The views were beautiful, the property was nice, and the quick walk to the beach was awesome! It was great to have the wagon, beach chairs, and towels already there and ready to be used. We had a fabulous week and added more memories to our Marco list! Thank you Lou for everything!

Great Location
This was a great location for our family of 4. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to walk to restaurants. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach wagon. The only thing we had to get used to was having keys to get everywhere (pool, beach, building). We appreciate the security of it but sometimes it was inconvenient with 4 us. Would definitely return!

Great oceanfront condo!
This condo was the perfect size for my husband, 12 year old daughter and I. The ocean views are incredible and we watched dolphins swimming in the ocean from the balcony every single day! Clean, spacious and well-stocked, this unit fit all of our needs. It is a basic unit and is a bit outdated, but is priced accordingly. The building is quiet, clean and well-run. I wish I knew prior to our visit that the building charges $50/week to park in their lot, there are no bbq grills anywhere onsite, and there is no fitness room. Not a deal breaker though, I would definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful, communicated clearly and often, and the access instructions were very easy to follow. I loved being so close to the beach and watching the gorgeous sunset from the balcony each night. Great place, great stay!

Very old and broke.
Building and property was fine but unit was very old and dirty. Beds were dirty furniture was dirty we had to put covers over them to sit.master bet was wore out sank down in the middle. Vacuum did not work toilet seats were loose.all the beach chairs and umbrellas were broke and dry rotted could not use had to buy them.also stove was dirty kitchen lite did not work .unit had not been cleaned and sheets changed in a long while pillows were all wore out.table place mats still had food crumbs on them and chairs were very dirty.

2nd annual couples get away
1st time to Marco Island. Condo was nice and accommodating for two couples. Had what we needed and we even added to the beach items for extra shade. Location was very good. Locale restaurants were very good as wel.

It was on the nicest part of the beach. It was a very short walk to the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was really nice. There were a ton of beach toys, chairs....

Pros Comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of spare as well. Beautiful 5th floor view Nice beach chairs and canopy to use Great water pressure in the shower Alot of nice towels on hand There was an air fryer Great location and very friendly guests staying there as well. We found sand dollars and plenty of shells. Shopping carts to help haul up groceries Cons The apartment had a smell to it The sink water wouldn't get cold or drain well The water heater didn't last a full shower We had to buy garbage bags, hand soap, ect. that we assumed would be stocked there. There wasn't great cookware to make meals with, very minimal old items to use. We didn't know it was for sale and there was a showing while we stayed there. We didn't know about it until a random realtor office called us a few hours beforehand.

Magnificent Marco
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. The location was perfect and the view was magnificent!! Beach, water, sunsets, couldn't be beat! The condo we were in could definitely use a good cleaning and an update! The pool area was very nice as were the bathrooms by the pool. The grounds were clean and neat. I would definitely stay here again!
