This privately owned Marco Beach Ocean Resort 1-Bedroom Suite is ideally located within Marco Island?s most luxurious beachfront boutique resort condo property. Unit 1012 is a full gulf-view suite with a private balcony, recently updated with coastal contemporary designer furnishings. Offered exclusively by The Holiday Life Rentals, the suite is maintained to hotel standards of cleanliness and stocked with high quality amenities needed for a completely seamless vacation. Inside the condo, you have a bedroom with a King size bed, large flat screen television and dresser. The en suite marble bathroom has both a soaking tub and walk-out shower. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and another large flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead out to your private balcony with a dining table, offering tranquil views out to the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has a full size oven and range, microwave, mini refrigerator and cabinets filled with high quality dishes, glassware and cookware including pots and pans, a Keurig Duo coffeemaker (works both with K-Cups and for brewing a full pot with regular coffee grounds), quality cutlery and bakeware. AMENITIES: Gym - Pool Area with chaise lounges, heated pool & hot tub - Beach Access Path - Complimentary Valet & Bellhop Services DINING: The resort offers onsite dining options for ultimate convenience and the condo?s well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose. Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand. For dinner, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lounge area for cocktails and conversation. The property is no longer operated as a full service resort, so the following services are NOT available: - Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach towels and chairs for you to bring down. - Room charge privileges from resort restaurants and shops (you may pay with a credit card or cash!) - Room service dining - Daily Housekeeping. If you would like periodic cleaning and laundry service, you may request through The Holiday Life. An additional fee of $100 per cleaning will be due, which includes a change of linens. A change of all linens can be provided for $70. A change of only towels or only bedding is $45.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
