Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stefan. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the efficient AC unit was much appreciated in the hot Namibian sun. Wifi was good. We booked for one night and were due to have breakfast at the guesthouse the next morning. Unfortunately upon our arrival in the dining room at 9am there were no staff or breakfast. We tried ringing the owner, but could not reach him. Might have something to do with it being the morning of the 1st January, still not acceptable. To date no communication received from the owner offering an explanation / apology.

Im very sorry about this incident and would like to follow up with Stefan why you were not informed about the breakfast arrangements for the 1st of Jan.
