I arrived and just wanted a night in the hotel as I couldn't get there sooner. The hotel was closed!! They are ignoring me and refusing to refund the night I missed!!

Great stay

I’ve just returned from a week away and would definitely return to these apartments. The staff (especially jack) are great, the food is lovely. The only downside is the lift was out of order more than it was working
