Lovely property designed and owned by an interior designer who created a cozy modern villa to make guests feel at home. The house can host up to 12 people perfect for couple friends and families who want a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom to maintain a certain level of intimacy.

The ground floor welcomes, an american kitchen, 3 seating areas (european salon, moroccan salon, reading salon) 1 dining area, 1 breakfast area, a terrace with its own seating, and its dining table and lounge chairs. One of the 5 bedrooms is conveniently located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom, ideal for elderly people who cannot always take the stairs to the others bedrooms.

Two kitchens, an american one serves guests on the ground floor and a second one reserved for cooking is located in the basement.

The basement was designed as a leisure level, composed of a moroccan hamam bath (price upon request), a lounge seating area, a home cinema area with canvas screen, projector and sound system, a pool table, a cardio gym corner, a massage room, and its own terrace with a lounge seating area.

The first floor is comprised of the 4 remaining bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms as well as a balcony with seating corner.

The roof hosts a floor seating area to gaze at the mountains and beautiful night skies that marrakech sees.

La propriété offre de spacieux et confortables lieux de vie salons salle à manger un jardin agréable Par contre il n y a qu une belle chambre une acceptable et les autres sont petites inadaptées pour l hébergement de couples avec des difficultés de fonctionnel des sanitaires À ne pas recommander pour plus de 4 personnes alors que les espaces de vie sont spacieux

Amazing stay - superb villa !
We had an amazing stay at this superb villa. We were a group of 10 here for a bachelorette party. The host and staff were really helpful, they were caring and easy to communicate with. The villa is located in a quiet golf resort, ideal to relax and spend time with your friends.

Exceeded our expectations
I recently booked this beautiful villa to celebrate a special family occasion. Having read all the wonderful reviews on this website, I had high expectations for my visit, but even so, the Villa exceeded all my expectations. We were incredibly well looked after during our stay, from the maid, to the cook or the manager. Highly recommend this to anyone, it’s a special place! The pictures do not do it justice.

Fabuleux séjour entre amis
Séjour magnifique entre amis!!! Le golf, la villa, l'accueil, la cuisine, tout était parfait jusqu'au moindre détail. La cuisinière est adorable et cuisine des plats délicieux. Le propriétaire et son assistant étaient toujours réactifs pour nos moindres questions. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour fabuleux, à refaire !!
