Tämä on lomallasi - miksi laskeutua vähemmän? Suuri, New England -tyylinen Oceanfront-koti, jossa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Monien mukavuuksien joukossa on ilmainen WiFi, kaapeli-tv, ulkogrilli ja täysin varustettu keittiö. lyömätön merinäköala, lehtipuut ja 10 jalka katot koko talon. Mukavasti nukkuu 9 vuodepaikkaa, mutta voi nukkua paljon enemmän, jos käytetään sohvia ja taitettavia sänkyä!

Olemme hiljattain kunnostaneet kodin, pitämällä vanhan New Englandin viehätyksen mutta lisäämällä modernia eleganssia ja mukavuutta! Koti tarjoaa myös uusia, huippuluokan patjoja ja vuodevaatteita.

Tämä koti sijaitsee Brant Rockin "korkealla tiellä" ja tarjoaa näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle. Brant Rock Beach on lyhyt kävelymatka tien varrella tai kotoisin kalliorantaan kotiin etsimään ja pelaamaan vuorovesi-altaissa laskuveden aikaan. Nauti katsomasta auringonnousua suuresta etuistuimesta.

Alakerrassa on suuri keittiö, jossa on kodinkoneet, 1 oma makuuhuone, jossa on kuningatar, 1 kylpyhuone (suihku), muodollinen ruokasali, iso perhehuone, oleskelualue HDTV: llä ja pesutupa. Näkymät keittiöstä, olohuoneesta ja olohuoneesta ovat henkeäsalpaavia. Katso kuvat!

Yläkerrassa on 3 yksityistä, tilavaa makuuhuonetta (1 queen, 1 täysi, 1 kerrossänky / täysi) ja 1 täysi kylpyhuone (suihku / soaker-amme). Paljon kaappia / säilytystilaa. Yksityinen suljettu kuisti on aivan yläkerran "mestari" kanssa, jossa on 180 asteen merinäköala. HDTV ja kaapeli "isäntä".
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Big Fish Charters. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Beautiful Home and View
We have a lovely stay here. The house is quite large and has ample space for gathering. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The double beds count as sleeping two people, just to be aware of. The house is on the road right across from the ocean, and there isn’t a beach to walk on, but it is a short drive to a beach that is nice. But this did not take away from the beauty of the view and the lovely accommodations!

Ladies Weekend
This house has plenty of room and the owners were prompt at answering a couple questions we had. Check in is at 4:00, but the cleaning crew wasn’t finished when we arrived. The house was clean but smelled heavy of Febreeze (nothing a few open windows couldn’t fix). Overall, the weekend was absolutely delightful. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful stay in Brant Rock
Every fall my wife and another couple take a mini vacation to sight see and enjoy local restaurants and culture in the area. This year we chose the Massachusetts coast. We used the house for a base camp for day trips to Martha's Vineyard, Boston and Plymouth. The home and the surrounding area, were perfect, with local amenities just minutes away. The house was welcoming clean and quiet functional for travelers on the go. I highly recommend this property, check in and out were easy and convenient. 5 Star!!!

Though the property is older, it has a lot of charm, was very clean, and the owners were amazing with their communication. Loved listening to the ocean waves too. Would definitely book again if we ever come back to Boston!

Relaxing location
Loved staying here to help balance the hustle if visiting Boston and the ability to reach Plymouth and Cape Cod easily. In easy walking distance from several restaurants, spectacular views and access to the shore added to the value. We’d stay here again!

The Porch
This home was amazing. We enjoyed the front porch so much. Coffee in the morning watching the water. We had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends sitting out there. So many memories made this trip. It was fun to be back in Marshfield after moving away.

Beautiful spot
Nice house and location, plenty of room. The parking situation with 3-4 cars can be difficult and some of the lights need to be replaced other than that it was great. We had a good time staying there.

Last Minute Family Vacation
The host was very responsive and accommodated our day before reservation. It was a last minute family trip idea to visit Newport, Plymouth and Boston with family from abroad. The home fit our large group comfortably and was a great way to spend some quality time together. The water views were spectacular. We visited during early spring when not much was open but I am sure that during the summer months the area has more to offer. The caretaker of the home was especially helpful

Best porch for coffee
My family was in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. Lots of room plus the porch is the best place to enjoy coffee. We watched the most seals I’ve seen in one place playing on the rock outcroppings. Just a very short walk down to lots of restaurants and the market.

Great Location and Views
Overall the house is tired, but view and house space was great and as described. Pros: -great location -close to restaurants -plenty of space -enough plates, glasses, silverware and towels for a group -bed linen was good quality and fresh Cons: -issues with lighting, flickering or just not working -issues with TVs -no hot tub (as per written description) -backyard was not safe for young children, piles of boards with nails and building trash/supplies to get in to Note: bring games, books, chairs for porch or beach as not supplied (3 chairs on porch) chairs with dining table way too heavy for average person to move.

Swell Getaway!
Three women who get together in a different place every year found this to be the best place for walking along the shore, sunbathing (in November!) on the verandah, and playing games in front of the fireplace at night. Divine! Anne and her property manager were conscientious about doing all they could to make our stay perfect.

Fantastic Property! Awesome views! We loved the area.
Large home. Super comfy beds. Gorgeous views from most every window of this home. Lots of room to move, spread out and relax. Plenty of linens and towels. The area has some great restaurants. We were especially fond of Haddad's Ocean Café, The Fairview Inn, and when we got a little tired of seafood Mamma Mia's was a nice change. There is a market in the area of Brant Rock that had all of the extras we needed, and we were surprised the prices were not as high as we expected. If we are lucky we will get to stay here again. We have no complaints, but we would have liked to have had a tv in the bedrooms. But this would not stop us from staying at this wonderful property again!! Five stars out of five for us.

Vacation by the ocean
This was a wonderful large, but cozy property! I loved sitting on the front porch and watching the ocean. There was ample seating provided on the porch. The beds were comfortable. I would stay at this property again!! Definitely a thumbs up!!
