The whole house is exclusively for guest use and with the smart lock, check-in is very convenient with no in person contact.

THE FEEL

Amazing water views on corner lot surrounded by lush greenery! It's in the end of a cul-de-sac which offers extra privacy. Lots of windows throughout the home shower the house with tons of natural light and beautiful views. With its chic modern interiors, brand new furnishings and charming touches, it is a lovely space to unwind and spend time with family and friends. Enjoy the luxurious comfort of this 2,708 sq. ft. spacious home.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, new cookware, ample spices, plenty of cabinet space and everything you will need to serve meals, bake cookies and casseroles, or host a potluck dinner. There's a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, full size stove with oven, full size fridge and freezer. You are also welcome to use other appliances provided such as Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, electric wine opener and air fryer. It has an island granite countertop that can seat up to four people.

THE GREAT ROOM (LIVING & DINING AREA)

You will love the great room concept on the main floor providing a very social environment for your family and friends. This home opens to the kitchen and dining room. The living room has a super comfortable sectional couch, gas fireplace and a 70" Smart HD TV. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably.

COVERED PATIO

Beside the dining room is a door that leads to a wonderful covered patio with a cozy outdoor seating. Enjoy drinking a cup of coffee while watching the peaceful water views and greenery.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room is complete with washing machine, dryer, and steamer. Laundry detergent is provided as well.

BEDROOMS

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms are located. 2 bedrooms upstairs have 2 queen size beds. The master’s bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. Downstairs in the finished basement is a guest suite with a king bed, a full size bathroom and a private recreational room. All beds are super comfy with high thread count bamboo linens.

BATHROOMS

The Master's en-suite boasts and oversized tile shower with dual shower-head system, a luxurious free standing tub and dual sink. The basement and the guest bathroom both have a bath tub. The main floor has a powder room with a sink and a toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are provided.

PARKING

Q House has an attached 2 car garage with lots of driveway parking.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. We cannot guarantee request for early check-ins or late check-out but we will let you know near you check-in date if it is available. Early check-in or late check-out fee is $35/hour.

For guests with PETS, please inquire about our pet policy first before booking.
Pet fee: $30/pet/night + $80 pet cleaning fee

Pre wedding/ wedding stay
We stayed at the Home for a wedding that was at Carleton Farms. The house worked perfect for the bridal party. The rehearsal dinner and wedding were in Lake Stevens and the location was excellent. The home was in great condition and everything we needed was there. It was a perfect place for the girls to get ready for the wedding thank you for allowing us to stay there, we had a great time !!!

Well equipped house for multiple guests
We were in town for the Strawberry Festival and needed a place for multiple adults. This house was close to the action, yet in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The multiple sleeping options and bathrooms were perfect for our group, but we were beyond delighted at how well the kitchen was equipped and how well everything was labeled. No hunting for a glass! Isabella was the best VRBO host I've had with excellent communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location and host!

Weekend Wedding
Our family booked this home for an out of town wedding. The property is exactly as listed. It was immaculate and clean. There was a very sweet welcome that included drinks in the fridge for the kiddos, a bottle of wine for the adults and some chips to snack on. The best part of this house...the BEDS!! They are heavenly clouds that I wish we would have had more time to enjoy! These are the beds that you try to find the label so that you can purchase them for your own home. The property is in a great quiet location and very kid friendly. We had a 5 and 8 yo and they enjoyed the bean bag chairs and the toy box. Would definitely recommend this property!

Modern, quiet abode
The check in process was a breeze and once you are inside, you are greeted with a large modern space to enjoy. You are at the end of a street with a giant field next door which makes use of the deck even better. We really enjoyed the place.

Family time
We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to stay that could accommodate a large group. We traveled with some of our children and grandchildren. After the funeral we returned to the ‘Q’ House to spend time visiting with family, sharing memories of our loved one that had passed, playing games, and just relaxing. Great family time,….and the ‘Q’ House was the perfect place for this to happen. The main floor was open and fairly spacious. A comfortable space for us all to gather. There was also a nice deck right off the dining room that overlooked a bit of a wetland. A peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the home was well equipped with everything that was needed. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were! Overall, the accommodations were very relaxing. There was plenty of parking space as well. The home owner, Isabella, was responsive and attentive to our needs / questions. My family and I truly appreciate the accommodations she provided us. We would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you =)

Family Christmas Gathering
I live in Maryland and most of my family lives in WA State. So, I rented this house to host a family dinner with a white elephant exchange. This house was perfect. Teenagers could go in the open areas and adults on the main floor. It was a beautiful and well maintained property. We appreciated the bottle of wine and accommodations. The hostess is the Best.... You won't go wrong renting this VRBO and it had a better view then I expected.

Amazing stay
This home is so lovely! I spent my 30th with my closest friends and we really enjoyed staying here. Wish we could stay for another night. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Communications with the host is great too! She responds pretty well!

Perfect Stay
This house is perfect for whatever needs you may have. Great for a family, large or small, a girlfriends trip or even a work function/conference lodging. With two bedrooms below and two above, with plenty of space, bathrooms and gorgeous views. Nice light interior with outdoor deck, full double garage. Modern and comfortable. Would recommend and definitely would book again.

Gorgeous view - great stay for family gathering
We rented this home in Marysville for a family wedding. The location was great. Excellent walking paths around the estuary for our doggos. Plenty of room for 9 people and our pups. Well appointed and the master suite was lovely.

Exceeded Expectations!
We stayed here for 5 nights over our daughter's wedding weekend. She and her bridesmaids stayed on the ground floor, while we and other friends and family slept on the top floor. But even from the main floor we couldn't hear the girls downstairs! Not that they were being loud or anything, but we couldn't even hear a peep! My husband and I were spoiled in the master suite. Luxurious linens all around, and the girls kept saying how comfy the bean bag chair/beds were! We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks, so kind and generous. We really had a lovely stay. It helped us to give our daughter a wonderful send-off into her new life with all her friends and family. We would love to stay again when we come back to WA to visit her and her husband!

Comfy Cozy
The Q house was perfect. We had a get together for Graduation, a bit of a larger gathering. Isabella was very communicative and understanding. The home was beautiful and fit everybody perfectly. Lots of room for people to hangout and the bean bags made perfect little beds. Beds were super comfy and the house was clean and decorated nicely. The host left us a little welcoming gift. All around a beautiful home and perfect stay!

The best stay
I had an incredible stay at Isabella's home! Isabella was an outstanding host, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The home was sparkling clean, well-furnished, and was just beautiful with an amazing view in the backyard. What truly set this home apart, though, was Isabella's hospitality. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and eager to make sure I had a fantastic experience. She's very sweet and understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The beds in the home were especially noteworthy - they were all so soft and comfy! I slept like a baby, which was so important to me during my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Isabella's home enough. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay, look no further! Thank you again to Isabella for making my stay so incredible.
