A gem of a cottage, standing close to St Giles Church in `old Matlock` this elegant Grade II listed mid terraced property has three bedroom, two bathrooms. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage.

Renovated in 2023, this comfortable cottage has under floor heating throughout as well as a traditional open fire place.

Outside there is a cozy back yard with a pretty flower bed and the most spectacular views over Matlock.

You enter into the lounge with wood effect tiles (perfect for muddy boots and paws after exploring the Dales!), the large comfy sofa`s are perfect to relax in front of a roaring fire after a busy day.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need, including a Range Master oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine (Tassimo) and a dining table with 6 chairs.

Outside is a lovely sun trap of a yard, with the most stunning views over Matlock.

Upstairs on the first floor, you have a king room and twin room with a small bathroom with shower. On the second floor you have a king suite with ensuite with bath and shower above.

We live near by and can come to the cottage if needed.

Church Street is in the old part of Matlock, a short walk to the town centre and Hall Leys Park, but peaceful!

The cottage is next to the popular church of St Giles, the bells do ring throughout the day. It`s a beautiful sound but please note you will hear them from the cottage.
