Friendly staff and ideal if you're on a budget
Decent cheap hotel with friendly staff, but could do with a refurbishment. Not close to the city centre but 10 minutes' walk from another JR station that gets you into town easily enough. Did not try the onsen on-site so cannot comment on that.

テーブルに設置されていた電気のコンセント二箇所が、 破損して使用出来なかった 浴室の水道蛇口（湯・水両方）固くてが回りにくい タバコ臭が辛かった（禁煙室が満室で確保出来なかったため仕方ないが…） 松本インター店と比較して申し訳ないが、評価に差をつけてしまいました

親切なスタッフ
快適に過ごさせてもらいました。部屋に忘れ物をしたままチェックアウトしてしまったのですが、携帯に電話をいただき、その忘れ物を自宅に送っていただきました。大変なご迷惑をおかけしたのですが、丁寧に対応していただいて感激しました。すっかりルートインのファンになりました。
