If sunbathing is more your style, enjoy a glass of wine on the lounge chairs by the pool, the comfort of patio furniture. If the weather is not pool friendly, instead, you can enjoy the 6-person hot tub located right beside the covered patio. This house is a perfect North Fork getaway year-round!

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
