When I arrived, the staff was not approachable, they handled the paperwork and only gave me the key without any other directions. The room I got wasn't the one I had booked (booked for two beds, and they gave me one) when I went to the front desk they said something about an issue, and was either that room or to cancel the room.

Clean room, friendly staff, and quiet and relaxing
The check in was little bit slow, after we received the keys it seemed like they were disactived, we came back to tje front office and they reactivated for us. After that we enjoyed our stay . The rooms eere clean and we got clran towels amd the trash taken out every day. The environment was quiet and relaxing . Ovrrall nice stay, for sure we are coming back to to Victoria Palms in!

This is where my wife and I had our wedding reception and every time we are in town this is the place where we stay. The staff is amazing, and the rooms are clean , the pool is always clean , and I wouldn't stay anywhere else it has always been our go to place when we come down. Thank you to the staff and everyone.

Our experience was good. Having been in the hotel business for a number of years, I am aware of what makes a successful property. The Victoria Palms has been around at least 40 years and has been kept up reasonably well. There were the usual flaws. some paint chipping. noisy ac, nothing major. The grounds are beautiful and meticulasly cared for. The staff is excellent. Very good customer service, from the front desk staff to the gentleman preparing the complimentary breakfast, which was hot and very good. We will be staying there as it is quite the bargain for the price.
