This home sits on a tree-lined lot about five miles from downtown McCall, in a beautiful setting overlooking the meadow, forest, and hills. You'll have ample space to take in the outdoors yet you can also reach Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park, and McCall's many shops and restaurants in a few miles' drive.
The outdoor space is something special here, with a covered patio wrapping around the rear of the house. There's an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, a patio table where you can dine at golden hour, and an outdoor fireplace to snuggle up to in the evenings for s'mores and stories with the kids.
One of the best features of the house is how it provides space for both togetherness and privacy. The great room is one of the gathering spaces, with leather furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a Roku TV waiting beneath two-story ceilings. Adjoining the great room is a beautiful kitchen with a Wolf range, a chef's refrigerator, and other stainless steel appliances. Sit down for quick snacks at the island breakfast bar and homemade meals in the built-in dining nook.
For privacy, head upstairs to find a den with another Roku TV and an office nook that's perfect for working remotely. Of the bedrooms, two are primary suites (one upstairs, one downstairs) with private bathrooms offering both a tub and a shower. The third bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom with a shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
